”This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...

”The property smelled of pot. My room didn’t but the room showed signs of how old it was. The tub was worn out and the handicap shower head didn’t work right. The handle to get into the shower was in a horrible position. The front staff was very nice and helpful. People were loud and doors slamming at 6 am. ”

”Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! There were not any exit rules as to bedding, garbage, etc!!!!!!! Otherwise no complaints!”

”We really enjoyed our stay while visiting my dad in Little Falls. The location was great — close to downtown with lots of wonderful restaurants and cute shops nearby. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and perfect for our dog. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Shannon was great host!”

”We loved our stay at Eagle’s Nest - Main House. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and there were also plenty of entertaining things to do. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The kids loved the pool, which was one of the biggest draws for us. The house was stocked with a lot of beach towels, it was nice to not have to bring our own. The property was big and we had quite a few scavenger hunts and a fire w/smores.
