”Everything was great, from the staff to the breakfast. We loved the area and all the nearby restaurants. Everything was clean.
My only two, very small complaints, are that they told us breakfast went until 10am but they shut it down every morning just before 9:30am; and the gate to exit the property malfunctioned multiple times. You could not exit. The gate would not open. We, and others, had to exit through the entrance gate multiple times, even the day after I told the front desk it wasn't...

”The room was very clean, but the air condition did not work, and I told staff that the air was not working properly and nothing was gone about it, I mentioned several times and the manager told me they would switch my room the following day, the following day come and no one comes to me to see about the air conditioning, when the night came I had to go to the front desk again, and they then provide me a fan, but my check out was the following day at 11am.”
