Rentoudu ja nauti tästä rento 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpy Shipyard Villa näkymät 7. väylälle Galleon Golf Course. Tähän tilavaan huvilan päivityksiin kuuluvat uudet kalusteet, päivitetty keittiö ja tuore maali. Se sopii erinomaisesti perheellesi ja tarpeeksi suureksi, jotta voit majoittaa kaksi perhettä.

Uudistettu keittiö on sisustettu tyylikkäästi graniittilaskureilla, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja sisäänrakennetulla viinijääkaapilla. Keittiön ulkopuolella on ensimmäisen kerroksen mestari sviitti, joka on sisustettu trooppisella Tommy Bahaman teemalla, ja siinä on king-size-vuode ja lukukulma. Liukulasiovet johtavat makuuhuoneesta yksityiseen kannelle, josta on kauniit näkymät golfkentälle. Tilavassa kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Yläkerran Master-sviitissä on oma kylpyhuone, ja se on kalustettu houkuttelevasti keramiikkatuolirakennuksessa ja siinä on merenpohjan queen-size-vuode, jossa on sopiva penkki. Surf on suloisessa kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa, jossa on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Hallin kylpylä on vain muutaman askeleen päässä tästä makuuhuoneesta ja siinä on amme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio.

Family Vacay!

We enjoyed the property and the location was great! Minor cosmetic things that need attention but the space was great and perfect for our family vacation. The location to the beach was ideal and we biked or drove a car to the beach with no problem! The owners had extra blankets, comforters & pillows available which was great for the kids sleeping on the pull out couch. They also had an extra box fan in each room, which was nice! There were a few games which were fun to play with the family. We left a puzzle for the next family to put together too! The owner left us a few laundry pods, dish tabs & trash bags- however there weren’t any cleaning supplies- so we needed to go buy some to wipe counters and all the glass table surfaces down, also more trash bags & also paper products. They only leave a couple rolls of TP for each bathroom so my recommendation to future renters is to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags & a few cleaning supplies. The decor in the property was cute and we loved the Ohio sign since we are from Ohio! Thank you for having us!

Winter Get Away

We stayed here for 4 weeks Feb 8-Mar 8 20205.The condo was spacious and comfortable. We loved the location and the easy walk to the beach. Very quiet area. Roomy enough for us and our 2 guests. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were nice. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen. Plentiful utensils but the knives were dull and we ended up purchasing a few. There was an issue with the sliding doors from the living area to the deck but response to fix it was quick. The only real negatives were the height of the cabinets and sinks in the master bathroom which was uncomfortable for an entire month. Also the master bedroom is very dark as the drapes couldn't really be open if you wanted to change in the bedroom with the golf course and walking path right out the door. Vertical blinds would be much better and allow some light. Deck was pleasant when the weather cooperated but the furniture was serviceable at best. As older adults it was disappointing that all the bathrooms have tub/shower combo (safety issue) and not a walk-in shower in any of them.

The location was excellent in regards to the beach, as well as just a short drive for restaurants. We were able to ride our bikes to the beach and be there within 5 minutes. The villa was clean and spacious. Our only complaint was that there was no cable or wifi for 3 days while we were there.

Family get away

The home was spacious (bedrooms especially) and loved that the rooms were divided between the two floors). This worked well for my family/ toddler and accompanying grandparents. The view of the golf course was a lovely feature from the back deck. House is a bit dated, could use some paint touch ups. Had to call host for plumber to fix garburator in sink. Was surprised that garbage bags were not included with the rental. Walk to the beach was a little further with a toddler than had hoped, but once there, it was beautiful. Vacation company beach gear was overpriced… otherwise, a lovely week away with family.

We stayed in this townhouse 2 years ago. So happy it was available again! There is more space than we needed but we love it! Everything we need is there. We loved being able to walk to the beach, the restaurants, and the Bank! We'll be back!!

Home away from home

This is our second stay at this property in Hilton Head we love the area my husband golfs so it is very nice for him!!! One thing that need to be done to the unit the plumbing In the downstairs master needs to be repaired. The bathtub doesn’t drain while you shower and the toilet always stops up. Other than that this property is amazing and location is great!!! We will return next year!!

We were disappointed in the long walk to the beach. We ended up driving down and parking which was ok. There maybe a short cut to the beach we didn’t know about. The place was just as pictured. Well maintained. We enjoyed the patio and the new grill. Would rent again!!!

Wonderful beach, biking and dining location!

Great for famlilies, friends or couples. The amenities such as the pool, trails, clubhouse, beach access are all wonderful. This unit is beautifully decorated with the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a VRBO rental. The location allows for a feeling of being away from the traffic and hectic pace of much of that central commercial area of the Island but the location is within minutes of the best restaurants, golf courses and shopping on Hilton Head. We rented beach items and that was another wonderful experience. The chairs, bikes and helmets were in great condition and at the unit when we arrived. I'd love to go back and rent this unit again.

Just like the pictures and more!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children-11,13) loved our stay at this property. The property looks just like the pictures and the decor was super cute. All of the furniture (couches and beds) were very comfortable. The place was really clean and the location was great. Just a short stroll to the beach, but if you didn’t feel like hauling your beach gear by foot, there was plenty of parking (free of charge). Normally we pack heavy for trips, but for some reason we forgot a lot of things, so it was so nice to arrive and have some complimentary items (hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and laundry pods-just to name a few). The back decks were great and the whole area was very peaceful and quiet. Also loved that there was a wine fridge! Great place, would definitely stay again!

Labor Day Getaway

My lady friends and I enjoyed our stay very much at this location. It was a quick walk to the beach and to the walking trails around Shipyard. I also enjoyed biking around that area as well. The condo was clean and spacious. The outside patio was also clean and very comfortable and a beautiful view of the golf course. We were very impressed by the decor. Beautiful and beachy! I hope to stay here again soon.

The accommodations were perfect for our family. The distance to the beach was nice and the children loved the pool. We had a couple maintenance issues but the property management took care of them quickly.

The villa was as pictured. It was roomy and clean. Our only issue was there were several spiders in our villa that the pest control did not manage to take care of. We reported this issue as requested in the literature.
