Seaside Villa 120 - Kodikas Oceanside Beach Retreat

  • Tervetuloa Seaside Villasiin # 120!

Kylpy on kokonaan uusittu, saksanpähkinä turhamainen graniittipäällä, kaikilla Grohen kalusteilla, Kohler-ammeella, jossa mukautettu laattojen ympäröinti.

Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size Sealy Posture Pedic -sänky ja iso lipasto kaikille esineillesi.

Koko huvila on upea puu näyttää laatta.

Huoneisto on pohjoiseen päin, joten voit katsella auringonnousua aamulla monta kertaa vuodessa.

Sea Side Villas sijaitsee Hilton Head Islandin sydämessä, South Forest Beach. Kompleksissa on kaunis uima-allas, suora pääsy rannalle (ei kadun ylitystä!), Grillausmahdollisuus, ranta-suihkut, aurinkoterassi.

Kompleksi on alle puolen mailin päässä Coligny Plazasta, jossa on monia kauppoja ja ravintoloita

We've stayed at Seaside Villas in the past but this was our first time in this unit. We loved it!We love this quiet resort close to Coligny. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, amazing view and the tall balcony chairs were the best! We appreciated having nice towels in the bath room and all the starter items; shampoo conditioner, makeup wipes, dishwasher detergent, dish liquid trash bags and laundry pods. We had a fantastic trip and would book again with this host!

The room was mostly clean but could use a good dusting, cabinet clean out (things left from other guests) and house keeping should look under furniture in between guests. We found a baby bottle, deodorant cap, and other things under furniture from previous guests. Guests did not follow rules and left things in hall making for a sandy mess in common areas. The condo has some beach items, but most were broken and should be thrown out. I also think the drawers in coffee table and bedroom need cleaned out due to guests leaving behind things. When you have small children you don’t want them getting into these things! There was a plunger and toilet brush in the bathroom next to shower, which seemed not hygienic. Community pool also needs a good cleaning and make over. Overall, as a small family we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Very nice place to stay. Security is not that great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week except for the fact that our car was it in the parking lot. The landscape crew was there the day it happed. The car was hit in the exhaust and bumper. Only a trailer could do damage like that. Because the property had signs stating it was protected by cameras, I called the office and asked to see footage for the morning. They said there was no such thing too look at. They said the best thing to do was turn it into my insurance company. 3000 dollars and 500 dollar deductible later , here we are.
