  • Remontoitu ja kauniisti sisustettu !! Tämä villa tarjoaa upeat näkymät merelle. Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen villa on täysikokoinen keittiö ja yhdistetty olohuone / ruokailutila. Makuuhuoneessa on queen toisessa makuuhuoneessa pari erillistä vuodetta ja siellä on queen size vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Parveke pois olohuone on puoli näkymä merelle oikealle. Jokainen yksikkö Ocean Dunes on langaton internetyhteys ja pääsy "Uusi" oceanfront uima-allas ja levähdysalue. Ocean Dunes sijaitsee eteläpäässä saaren pitkin South Forest Beach Drive ja lyhyen matkan päässä Coligny Plaza ja Coligny Beach Park. Ocean Dunes monimutkainen on merenranta ominaisuus, joka sijaitsee noin 70 metrin päässä merestä. Uima-altaiden lisäksi asiakkaillemme on ilmainen langaton internetyhteys ja pääsy pelaajien klubin kuntokeskukseen, jossa on täydellinen kuntokeskus ja lämmitetty sisäuima-allas. . The villa was nice. Clean. We have no complaints except the floors are very thin. We had very noisy upstairs neighbors that did not care about quiet hours. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo is SMALL. We were only there for 4 nights (2 adults, 2 kids) but it was tight. Also, it is very old. Air conditioning units are attached to each room. There is no laundry in the unit but there is coin laundry down the hall which we don’t realize before we booked. The pool was nice for the kids and it was easy beach access. Next time, I will pay more for a nicer and larger place. Also, randomly, they didn’t provide a broom or vacuum, so we couldn’t sweep up all the sand the kids dragged in from the beach.

Location was nice, close enough to walk to town but quiet. The mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had adequate cooking pots and pans and utensils. The air conditioning kicked on and off frequently so we had to just turn it off. The sheets were rough and stiff. We had a later check out, but even without a late check out, housekeeping was trying to get in at 9AM.

Wonderful Time

Stayed with the family and had a wonderful time at the condo. Apartment was very clean when we got there and check in was easy. Loved the proximity to entertainment and being right at the beach was priceless!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time in this unit but wouldn't likely come back to this particular condo. The unit was equipped with all the basics but not much else. I know we went there for the pool and beach but was disappointed with very small TV's in both the bedroom and family room. Despite having plenty of space, they only have a full / queen in the master bedroom which seemed quite small for my wife and I. The 2nd bedroom is tiny and has 2 twin beds with barely enough room to walk by. There's very little storage in the kitchen. On the positive side, the unit's pool was heated (Critical for a spring vacation) and the beach was less than 100 yards away.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time using the company/condo. We have stayed in another unit multiple times. This is a great location for us and overall a pretty good experience. There were a couple of issues that could be improved. 2 Garage bags is weak. Even went to office to get 1 more and was denied. No cutting board. Major leak in 2nd bedroom that was resolved the next day. Fit and Finish was ok but not great. Also ... pool area was a mess due to landscape maintenance. The Maintenance was done on Friday and should be good following week.

Bare bones condo

The place was adequate. I would describe the place as bare bones. We arrived later in the day and the check in process was easy. It was disappointing when we arrived that even though we were on the beach, there were no beach chairs provided, no beach umbrella, no beach towels. We traveled from a far distance, it’s impossible to pack all the things needed. Prior to arriving my messages through VRBO regarding if these items were provided went unanswered. We were provided 2 bath towels per person for the entire week. The unit does not have a washer and dryer and the ones that were down the hall were extremely old and rusting. TV’s never worked throughout our stay. The kitchen had all the necessities. The location was great and very close to the beach.

Very nice location. Just a 15 minute walk to Coligny Park and shopping area. Overall the facility and grounds are well maintained. The pool, although a bit small, is heated and kept clean. Very short walk to the beach with an access path by the pool. The view was perfect; you could sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sound of the waves. Our condo was VERY damp and had a musty smell that could not be ignored. I would really recommend a dehumidifier to protect the furniture and fabrics. Everything was damp ALL the time. Towels don’t dry hanging on the racks. However, It was clean when we arrived and had plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen and there were games and books available for visitors. Strangely enough we didn’t experience the usual hodgepodge of leftover supplies that guest leave when visiting like salt & pepper shakers. So that was disappointing but not the end of the world Also would have loved to have had access to a couple of beach chairs so that we didn’t need to rent of buy them. The musty smell is makes it a 4 star and given the option I would have probably rated this a 3.5 star.

Family vacation

I’ll start with the good. Great location, decent view of ocean, and plenty of room for my husband, myself, and my son. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans worked great. TVs allowed several different apps for my son which was nice. Pool is awesome, walk to the beach is minimal. I would stay here again. Some things that were unsatisfactory: this condo is very very minimal. Zero oven mits, so had to wrap a towel around our hand to remove the frozen pizzas- super inconvenient. Brought my own coffee and creamer because property description said coffee maker provided. Although that’s true, there were no coffee filters provided. Super frustrating. After we got there and were getting settled in we noticed our feet were black and covered in sand. There’s no way the floors were mopped, probably only swept. I reached out to the property manager to see if we could have someone come and mop the floors because we couldn’t even get into bed or sit on the couches unless we wiped/dusted our feet off. She messaged me a day later stating they had come and cleaned, but what’s odd is we were in and out of that room so much that day, and had lots of bags and stuff on the floor which clearly hadn’t been moved so I find it hard to believe the floors were mopped. Also never smelt like cleaner. I think someone popped in and did a quick weep through- thus our feet remained black and dirty the entire week. Overall, we’d stay again but hope the things listed above would be fixed.

It was our first time in Hilton Head and I was really relying on these reviews to know what to expect so hopefully this will help the next vacationer. The property was in a fantastic location for dining, biking, shopping, and beach access, but down the road far enough that it did not feel congested. Every experience that I had with Vacation Time of Hilton Head staff was pleasant and I felt that they went above and beyond to make the process smooth and seamless. The properties condition was nice. I felt like some of the furniture (couch, coffee table, etc..) will need replaced soon but the appliances were in good condition. The balcony view is very nice as well. It was great having 3 air conditioning units (including one in each bedroom).I would definitely recommend this particular unit (304) to a friend or family member, but am unsure of how any other units in the building are kept.Hope this helps!

Fun week at HHI!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect for our family of four. Great location and easy access to the beach, pool, food/drinks! Would definitely come back and stay here! Not far from Coligny or Sea Pines. Safe/secure parking. Highly recommend :)

Good Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the location and have stayed at this complex before. Our condo was not very clean. There were stains on the pillows in the twin bedroom, the balcony was dirty and looked like it had never been swept. The door for the twin bedroom sticks and is very loud to open and shut. The sink in the kitchen seemed to have some issues with the faucet not working properly as well. Overall it was fine but I would probably stay at another unit next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in Hilton Head during the winter for 2 months - this year we moved to Ocean Dunes and found it to be a wonderful experience! The villa was excellent, extremely clean, well equipped and very comfortable! We only dealt with Vacation Time twice and both times they were responsive and easily solved our issue! Couldn’t be happier and anxious to return next January! Working with Jimmy Rollison has been a pleasure - very knowledgeable and a very congenial person! Thanks Jim!
