  • Tämä merinäköalahuvila on suunniteltu kolmelle tasolle, jossa on seinä-seinä- ja lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat lasiovet yksikköä pää (keittiö / ruokailu / oleskelu) tasolla ja alemmalla tasolla, jotta meren ja uima-altaan näkymät maksimoidaan. Lattiat kaikilla tasoilla on keraamisia laattoja. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on matto. tämä yksikkö on täysin päivitetty ja suunnittelija on kalustettu tarjoamaan hyvä ja ylellinen kokemus.

    Tärkein elintaso tarjoaa hyvin varustetun keittiön, jossa on runsaasti puukappaleita, graniittitasot, kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet (mukaan lukien astianpesukone ja mikroaaltouuni) ja runsaasti pöytäpaikkoja kuudelle. Viereisen olohuoneen mukavat huonekalut tarjoavat täydellisen paikan kerätä ja katsella suosikkiesityksiäsi tai elokuvia 32 tuuman LCD-televisiossa. Ota aamukahvi parvekkeelle olohuone / ruokailutila. Se on loistava paikka nauttia meren nähtävyyksistä ja äänistä.

    Kaksi makuuhuonetta sijaitsee ylemmällä tasolla ja jokaisessa on king-size-vuode, LCD-TV ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla - yksi kylpyamme on myös erillinen kylpyamme. Kolmas makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, sijaitsee perhehuoneen alemmalla tasolla. Kylpyamme sisääntulotasolla palvelee tätä makuuhuonetta. Kolme täyttä kylpyammeet on uusittu täysin uusilla LVI-laitteilla, kalusteilla, valaisimilla, koteloilla ja keraamisilla laatta- ja suihkutiloilla.

    Pesutupa, jossa pesukone / kuivausrumpu, sijaitsee sisääntulotasolla. Perhehuone on toinen kokoontumispaikka TV-katseluun tai pelien pelaamiseen. DVD-soittimilla ja iPod-telakalla on jokaiselle jotakin. Queen-vuodesohva ja overstuffed-tuolit tekevät tästä kodikkaasta paikasta käpertyä hyvän kirjan kanssa. Liukulasiovet johtavat omaan terassille, jossa on tuolit, pöytä ja grilli sekä puistomaisemat perusteet, joissa on kaksi uima-allasta (aikuinen ja kiddy), jossa on suuri aurinkoterassi ja lepotuolit. Aivan puutarhan ulkopuolella on yksityinen pääsy kuuluisalle Hilton Head Islandin hiekkarannalle.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The rental was beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean and comfortable! I was so pleased with the comfort of the beds. We were a short walk to the beach. The pool was under renovation, but this did not bother me at all.

Great location

We chose this condo because of the location. You can walk to restaurants and the beach is right out your back door.Down side to this condo is the sectional couch is uncomfortable because it has springs sticking up. The show heads in the bathrooms upstairs are terrible. Took our showers in the downstairs bathroom.

Love this condo

We have stayed at this property in the past but not this specific unit. We came back to Hilton Head Villas mostly because of the location and villa lay-out. It was just as described and pictured. The only issue we had was a blown fuse and no key to open electrical box but Michael responded quickly and came to handle the situation. This rental company has been wonderful to work with and I would recommend this unit and Premier host. We had a wonderful week with great weather many memories. We will be back!

The refrigerator keeps everything wonderfully cool. The dishwasher is quiet an cleans everything. The beds are very . comfortable. Four concerns:1. The rug in the living areas is slippery. We had my mother with me who is older and removed the rug from the area due to a falling hazard.2. The bathroom upstairs with just a shower, the floor is very slippery.3. The washer and dryer are older. The work fine but are loud to run.4 The place truly needs a deep cleaning. Their were cob webs on the ceilings and the floors where dirty.

Everything was dusty, hanging off the walls in the living room. Moldy shower which I’m sure is very hard to keep clean in that environment, a little bleach would go a long way. Would have been nice to have a working ice machine, and the lack of curtains in the main living area is really needed. Not only for privacy but the unit got very warm during the day. The beds were amazing, can’t say enough about them.

The condo is in need of a deep cleaning but overall is very nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Vacation Time of Hilton Head are wonderful to work with and very responsive to any concerns. Kudos to Stephanie and Jimmy! We had a plumbing issue that was handled quickly. Jimmy also followed up with us later in the week just to be sure all was well.

Staff was super helpful when we had a small maintenance issue. Would be nice if some storage containers had been provided for kitchen use. The trash/recycling policy and additional charge for not bagging these items properly is frowned upon though. We've never seen this before in any other condo in HHI. Overall a great stay!

Perfect family vacation rental on the beach

A broken faucet in second bath upstairs was replaced promptly when maintenance discovered it would not be reparable. We were able to fix breakfast daily and a few other meals with the equipped kitchen. Beach chairs stowed out back were convenient to take to the beach since we had been unable to bring our own. Loved the ocean view from the upper balcony. Easy access to beach was great for our family of two adults and three teenage boys. We loved riding our bikes down the beach and the location was perfect for that. Pillows were too hard for our comfort but bed was comfortable. Overall, condo lived up to it online presentation and we couldn't have been happier. We would return in a heartbeat!

We had plenty of room to spread out (6 people in our family). There were a couple of issues that I thought we should not have had to deal with since we paid a lot of money to stay here. The ice machine was broke upon arrival, and when I called, I was told that maintenance would take care of it. They never did. They also wanted the garbage bagged a certain way, but did not leave the supplies to do so. When we called about that, we were told that WE could stop at the office and pick it up. I'm sorry, but when I'm paying $2500 a week, we should not have to pick up something that they were supposed to provide. It was very close to the beach, which was nice. The view of the ocean was not as clear as was described. It was located in the heart of Hilton Head, which was great. We could walk or bike most places.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned to New York after our third winter at 16 Beach Villa and we felt like turning around and heading back down again. This year was a little cooler in Hilton Head, but, it was brutal in New York and other points north. As usual the villa was a welcome sight and everything we could possibly need for a two month visit is there for us to use. The owners have installed a phone this year which was also very useful. We love our time down here and even though it was a little cooler we still managed to have breakfast on the balcony most mornings and a few BBQ"s in the evening. We loved to ride our rented bikes on the beach and Tuesday dinner specials at The Big Bamboo in Coligny. We have already reserved our visit for next year and look forward to continued visits.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good. Would have thought for the money spent the grounds would have been cleaned up after the tropical storm. Also, would have been nice to know that the large pipe on the beach was being worked on during the holiday weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Beach Villas for five years now and we absolutely love it here. It is close enough to Coligny for walks home along the beach after an evening out. Everything you need for your stay is present at the condo. This year the cleanliness was not quite up to standard, but this was reported the management company. I did get an opportunity to return to unit after we vacated as we had forgitton something and it looked and smelled really clean. The management company are wonderful and help out with any problems you may have.

An awesome and accommodating Villa with all the amenities and comforts of Home. And of course lets not forget the beach just steps away from the back patio, with an awesome view of the ocean from the main floor. A friendly and pleasant staff.
