  • Tämä 3. kerroksen merenrantahuoneisto nukkuu 8-10 hengelle mukavasti, ja siinä on king-vuode makuuhuoneessa, kaksi kuningattaretta makuuhuoneessa 2 ja kaksi kahden hengen huonetta 3. Kun kannet pois olohuone ja makuuhuone, yöpyvät Ocean One 321 on panoraamanäkymät Atlantin valtamerelle ja sen valkoiset hiekkarannat. Tunnin jälkeen surffailla lomanviettäjät huuhtelevat ulkosuihkun alla, joka sijaitsee kompleksin yksityisellä rantakadulla, ja pulahtaa sitten merenranta-altaaseen. Niistä mukavuudet tarjotaan koko Hilton Head Island, Ocean One on yhden korttelin päässä Coligny Beach Market, viehättävä keskustan alue, joka tarjoaa vieraille laajan valikoiman ravintoloita, ostospaikkoja ja viihdettä kaikenikäisille. Having stayed in this property three years ago, the recent renovation to kitchen is beautiful with ocean and pool view. Ideal location to beach, Cologne and park. Perfect family beach week.

Beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Location is good and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and well equipped. The kitchen dining room and living room are very open and spacious, allowing our family of eight to be very comfortable. Love the balcony. The only drawback was it is a little too close to the Tiki Hut bar, playing loud music most of the day and evening.

Spring break

Great property and agency. The only thing we encountered was the property was under construction and the elevators were not working which was not ideal. Would still recommend and would stay here again. Great for families. Pool was really nice and beach access was great.

Can't wait to book again!

We had a recent visit here and we were extremely pleased! The property was as clean as it could be on the beach. Do you ever really get all the sand off the floor? Everything within the listing was as advertised. You couldn't ask for a better location and access to the beach. Great views from the balcony of the beach and the pool area. We highly recommend this place to others and look forward to hopefully booking again next year.

I booked this condo before I saw any reviews, some were pretty bad so I was a little upset if the condo was that bad. They must of did updates because we loved the condo, the living space was super nice, the bathrooms had to be updated and the Bedrooms were nice as well! The kitchen needs some work but would not stop us from staying there again. There is a rug out on the patio that needs to be removed, it’s full of mold and I notice that most condos do not have them. It also has a nice view of the ocean and pool!

We were very disappointed in the Master bedroom. The louver doors were on off their hinges and just leaning up against the wall. The owner’s personal belongs were in totes and took up the entire closet space. In fact, all the closets were full of old pillows and comforters. An extremely small 6 drawer chest was the only drawer space in the master bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. From the start of the reservation to our departure. It has been remodeled and beautiful, kitchens and decor. However I will make a suggestion. Two bathroom doors are in bad shapes and need to be replaced. The door handle on the sliding glass door is broken. The screen is broken and leaning up against the door. The trim around some of the floors need to be replaced or painted. The closet door in the King size room is leaning inside the closet. These repairs take away from the new remodel. It would be nice to have hand rails in at least one of the bathrooms for the elderly. My mother and father in law had a very hard time showering. These are just suggestions. I don’t mean to complain.
