”Hilton head, beach resort and tennis club was exactly as described. The property was clean, and perfectly situated for the beach and pool. The pool was the biggest pool I had seen seen anywhere. I highly recommend this.”

”This was an amazing place to stay. Very nicely decorated. It was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. They had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a wagon to haul all our belongings to the beach. That was a huge bonus. The beach is like a 2 minute walk. You could see the ocean from our balcony. It was such a beautiful beach. Perfect for walking in the mornings. The hosts were great and so easy to communicate with. Very friendly. This was a perfect place for me...

”Me and my son (4) went for just a mommy and baby weekend and it was perfect! Great stay beautiful condo and very private beach. Hardly any ppl. Calm waters perfect for my son. Overall a great stay. ”We enjoyed the apartment and location. Easy walking to lots of Savannah attractions. The place was quiet. We could have used regular hangers in the closet. Three wire hangers, and one cast off from a clothing store was a bit cheap. We had brought coffee from the NW with us, but had no regular coffee pot. (Keurig in unit). Parking was easy to find street side, and with our holiday/weekend stay, mostly free.”

Loved being in walking distance to restaurants and bars and a quick grocery stop. The IGA not far at all! Parking under the property was perfect! We would love to come to back as I know we didn’t do it all!”

”The condo was very nice, exactly as described. It has games for kids, and adults. The kitchen is well stocked! There is a little porch that was nice to sit out on. There is an indoor pool inside this building. The pools are big and nice and clean. There is a deli at one of the pools and a tiki bar at the end of the boardwalk by the beach that has great food! The owner is very nice and informative! Overall it was a nice, short vacation. We would definitely stay here again!”

”Good for walking access to just about anything! Be ready for noisy nights as this is on the main drag so you have late night cruisers and parties. Not bad but be prepared. Quiets down late. We loved our stay and would come back!”

”We had a great time staying here! We could see the beach/sunset from our balcony and were very close to the pool. Noise from the pool was never an issue! Lots of dolphins to watch from the beach, which was only steps away. Amazing communication and check in! We would definitely stay again!”

”Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. It happens, but we look forward to...

”The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”

”Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again ”
