”The location and view are amazing. We loved the pool and beach areas! We booked a Junior Suite and the room was underwhelming. We had two bathrooms, but the toilet in one was broken, loose from the floor and smelled terrible so we couldn't use it. The section of the bathroom where the shower is was so small you can barely open the door when you're inside. The finishes and details in the hotel are dated. The elevators, walls, doors, all need to be replaced or at least refurbished.

They're super hard and had divots where so many people have slept. Neither of us slept well the week we were there.

”Lovely time. Slept great! Food was delicious. Loved the chai bowl. Mateo was a fun bartender. The only thing I could say is that the elevators could be cleaned better and daily wiping of elevator buttons on the each floor would be nice too. Overall its an 8.5 out of 10!!”
