”Although we were very pleased with the hotel and procing, the tv service was not acceptable. The internet kept stopping and scanning and saying searching, so could not watch. Not sure the issue we didn't ask it was late. Continental breakfast the coffee was actually cold. My husband has neuropathy so had no clue when he made for us. Only packaged creamer/sugar. They charged a $100 deposit which I felt a bit much since not a fancy hotel, very modest and simple. We were away 8 days and stayed...

”The room needs a deep deep cleaning. Toilet had not been cleaned properly in a while. Limited outlets to use for your personal items. Not enough lighting in the room. No safety certificate in elevator, exit sign literally hanging by one wire. Mattress needs to be replaced as you can feel the springs. The lights went out on the island, other patrons began screaming & yelling which didnt stop until well after midnight. I did enjoy the convenience of the location as we could walk to shopping,...

”Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again ”
