Villamare is a premier oceanfront community on Hilton Head Island. Additionally the owner of 1209 Villamare includes two hours of complimentary tennis and or pickleball daily at the Palmetto Dunes Racquet Center for their guests. The center is located just a short walk from the Villamare! 

Upon arriving at Villamare you can enjoy covered parking and elevator access to the villa. Once inside, the foyer welcomes you to the guest bedroom featuring 2 queen beds, garden tub and walk in shower, TV, and a private balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Just to the left is the open floor plan living space. The recently renovated kitchen is fully stocked and has a washer and dryer for your use. 

The living room features a flat screen TV and plenty of room for everyone including the sleeper sofa. Just off the living room is a second balcony for enjoying the ocean breezes. The master suite is also off the living room and has a king sized bed, TV and access to the balcony. The master bedroom also have a private bathroom with a walk in shower.

*** Villamare Work Notice: Community of Villamare will have work being done September 2025 through March 2026. Unit 1209 is in building 1 which is scheduled to have work done at the end of this window. No firm dates have been set by the contractor, but plan on paint and scaffolding on building one in February and March. 2026***

- Decals must be properly affixed and passes visible at all times. Vehicles without a displayed pass or decal may be cited.
- Parking on roadways or in yards is not permitted.
- Motorcycles are prohibited.
- Cyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Automobiles have the right of way.
- Electric boats belonging to property owners are permitted on lakes and lagoons. Gas engines are prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- ALLIGATORS ARE DANGEROUS. State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street."
