Welcome to 2114 Villamare! The lovely/beachy open floor plan of the living area provides plenty of space for enjoying family and friends. Living room includes a 55" SMART TV and access to the balcony that has a table and 4 chairs for enjoying the gardens and pond. The kitchen was remodeled in 2022 and includes quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and seating for two at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42" TV, private bath and balcony access. The master bathroom has a stunning double vanity sink with quartz countertop {updated in 2021} and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, 50" TV and private balcony. The remodeled bathroom has a single vanity with granite countertop, tiled flooring and walk-in shower {updated in 2023}.

2114 Villamare overlooks the beautiful lagoon and gardens where fish and wildlife can be observed. A walk through the garden leads to the warm, blue Atlantic ocean.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}
