This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation villa is in the Palmetto Dunes community on Hilton Head Island. 2318 Windsor II has lots of windows to bring in the sunshine and provides ocean views from the main living area, guest bedroom and master bedroom. The extended balcony is a great place to enjoy a meal or relax after a day at the beach. This villa is elegantly decorated.

A very spacious, open living space offers beautiful views of the ocean. To the left of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with dark granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are three stools at the counter – a great place to have a snack while the chef prepares your favorite meal. In the corner of the kitchen is the washer and dryer.

In front of the entrance is the dining room that has a large, glass topped table that seats eight. The living room has two tan couches, two accent chairs and a 55” TV. The sliding door opens to the balcony that extends the entire length of the villa and overlooks the resort pool and has stunning ocean views. Off the living room is one of the bedrooms. This room has a King Tempur-Pedic mattress, bench seat, chair and mounted 40” Smart TV. It also has a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. This room has access to the balcony.

Down the hall on the right is the first guest bedroom, which is carpeted and has a king bed, chair and mounted 40” Smart TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. From this bedroom there is also access to the balcony. Across the hall is another bedroom, carpeted, with two twin beds, a small desk and a 32” Smart TV. The ensuite has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the third bedroom, carpeted, a large room with a king bed, chair and mounted 40” Smart TV. This room has access to the balcony and beautiful ocean views. The private bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The resort amenities include a recently renovated oceanfront swimming pool and a separate wading pool for smaller children complete with a “mushroom fountain.” The pool areas includes adjacent bathrooms, hot tub, large sun deck, and covered gazebo with a grill. A private boardwalk with showers to rinse off the sand leads directly to the beach.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
