Awesome place!~~~
This place suited us two 'Senior people' just perfectly. It was close to the beach (a 5 minute walk), accessible by the Boardwalk, & was also close to the Tennis & Pickleball Courts. It was also just a short walk to the building which housed the Reception Area & also the Sports Bar & Restaurant/Pizza place. There is also a Bike Rental on site, too. This Unit was EXACTLY as pictured & was pretty much spotless when we checked in. It is quite 'compact' but had everything 2 (+) people needed. It was well-stocked with everything for the Kitchen & Bedroom, plus Linens for the Pull-out Sofa Bed, which we did not use. Imo, the unit would be a bit tight for 4 Adults staying there, but was perfect for 2. The Owners were very reachable when need be, quickly responding & solving any issue that may rise up. The Laundry Facility is down the Hallway & costs $3.00 wash + $3.00 dry. We were there for 30 nights, so the place just felt like 'home' to us. This unit is on the elevated ground level (parking lot view), but it is in a very quiet (albeit quite large) Resort, with no parties etc. past 8:00 p.m. Unfortunately, when we were there (February 19/March 18, 2024) they had unseasonably cold weather, so the very large Pool was not swimmable as it is NOT HEATED! We were disappointed, unfortunately. This Complex should definately heat the Pool for even just 2 short months, as many Snowbirds would appreciate it. All in all, you can't go wrong staying here for an enjoyable time in Hilton Head!~~
