Kaunis näkymä! Lähellä Boardwalk ja uima-allas!

Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuvila sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa, ja kannelta on näkymät merelle, suolle ja laguunille suihkulähteellä. Todella upea näköala! Tämä huvila sijaitsee rakennuksessa, joka on lähin rakennus rantatielle. Se on myös suurin ulkouima-allas ja uima-altaan vieressä sijaitseva deli / baari lähikaupalla. Tämä huvila sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä lomakohteen yksityisestä rantatieltä.

Uusi matto asennettiin makuuhuoneisiin vuonna 2019.
Denissä on queen-size-vuodesohva, jonka ansiosta huvila nukkuu kuusi mukavasti, taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja 64 kaapelikanavaa.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu astiat, kattilat ja pannut, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja kaikki muut keittiötarvikkeet. Tuo vain ruoka!

Tilavassa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, kaapelitelevisio ja kattotuuletin. Siellä on myös oma kylpyamme kylpyammeella ja suihkulla.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja televisio DVD. Kylpyamme, jossa suihkukaappi, on aivan oven ulkopuolella.

Ja viimeisenä, mutta ei vähäisimpänä, kauniilla rannalla! Maisemaisen suolaisen suon yli on oma rantatie, joka sisältää runsaasti villieläimiä, mukaan lukien haikaroita ja egrettejä. Rannalta löydät Cocon, lomakeskuksen yksityisen Cabana-ravintolan, jossa on ruokia, juomia ja wc: tä. Ei ylitettäviä teitä ja vain kuuden minuutin kävelymatka tai aja ilmainen kuljetus kulkutietä pitkin yhdelle saaren viimeisistä yksityisistä rannoista. Rantamme ei ole julkinen ranta!

Tämä keskeisellä paikalla sijaitseva lomakeskus on 24 tunnin porteitettu yhteisö, josta on helppo käyttää golfia, pyöräteitä, ostosmahdollisuuksia, elokuvateattereita, ravintoloita ja tietysti kauniista rannasta. Lomakeskus on Robert Trent Jonesin valtameren kurssin vieressä Palmetto Dunesissa.

Siellä on piknikpöytiä ja grilliä, oma aurinkoterassi, lentopallo rannalla, uima-altaan vieressä sijaitseva tavaratalo ja deli / baari, kaksi ulkouima-allasta, yksi lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, jossa on lapsi-allas, poreallas, sisätiloissa sijaitseva lenkkeilyrata, kuusi valaistua tenniskenttää vieraille, kolikoilla toimivat pesukoneet / kuivausrummut kaikissa toisessa kerroksessa, hissit ja ilmainen pysäköinti. Lisäksi kaikki palvelut ovat ilmaisia vieraille, mikä tekee siitä parhaan loma-arvon Hilton Head Islandilla!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here, the condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It’s a solid choice for up to four people, with enough space to relax without feeling cramped. The kitchen was functional, but if you’re planning to do a lot of cooking, you might find it a bit understocked for more involved meals. For us, it worked well as a home base to explore the island. Overall, a nice spot that could be even better with a few more kitchen essentials.

Family Vacation

Perfect Place

We really enjoyed our stay during the week. The unit was exactly how it was in the pictures and was very pleased when we walked in. the view was great and my husband and I enjoyed our time on the patio in the morning with our coffee. We had family down there the same week and rented out 4 different units and if any of the family came into our unit it did not feel crammed at all. I would highly suggest this unit, you have a great view, you are right at the main pool and very close to the boardwalk to get to the beach. Not sure when we will be back down that way, but when we do this unit would be the unit i would rent out again.

Condo and views are great

View from the condo is terrific, marsh, golf course, some ocean. The condo itself appears to have been recently renovated and is quite comfortable although the complex shows its age, particularly in comparison to newer places around HHI. That said, very good value, a great short walk to the amazing beach along a pretty boardwalk over the marsh, quiet, and very relaxing. An excellent value particularly if you plan to use the beach or do other excursions, golf, etc. while at HH.

Location, location, location!

Perfect location to get to everything on the island within 3-15 minutes driving. Condo has a spectacular view, a very short walk to the boardwalk, and building has a beautiful pool. Condo is well equipped. We did have to call about a dead battery in the smoke alarm (it kept beeping after I burnt some microwave popcorn), a new battery was delivered promptly. It was great for my two teenage girls to have their own room, beds and bathroom. The beach toys, chairs, umbrella and wagon came in handy and worked out wonderfully. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent vacay

We had a great long weekend for Fall Break. Location was perfect. The walk to the beach was perfect and loved having the pool so close by. Enjoyed drinks at Cocos. Loved sitting on the balcony for morning coffee to watch the sunshine and the birds! Would definitely rent here again.

Exactly as listed! Wonderful condo

I am a pretty harsh critic when it comes to cleanliness and overall appearance of properties. This condo was exactly as listed. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. We don’t do any cooking while on vacation, but the kitchen is newly remodeled and has everything you would need if you chose to. We’ve stayed at this property before in a different building. This one was definitely the most convenient access to the beach. The elevator was out for a partial day, but they did very quickly remedy that situation. Overall, we had a fantastic 2 weeks and would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is fully updated and has all that you need. All beds were very comfortable. A huge bonus was a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, along with some toys for the beach. Super easy check in and check out. Host was very responsive. Everything that you need is located at the resort if you should choose not to leave. There is a pool restaurant, as well as one on the beach so that you never have to stop what you are doing to figure out your next meal. Shelter’s Cove is very close as well and has great restaurants/pretty views. The walk to the beach was super convenient and easy (coming from someone who is 30 weeks pregnant with a 22 month old). This unit is located in the building closest to the boardwalk to the beach. The view from the room is great. We really enjoyed coffee on the patio. Thank you for such a great stay!

Nice getaway

Very nice location! I was great having our own private beach with a little tiki bar. We rode bikes down to the lighthouse and really got to see the island. Everything was very convenient. The bed was comfortable which is always a concern when traveling. Would definitely stay again!

Loved spending the week on Hilton Head Island. Condo was well equipped with all the essentials. Very clean and great location. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular. I will be planning another stay in the condo.

We just got back from our vacation and loved the condo and beach. So much to see around the complex. Has a good view or the ocean and great view of the marsh. Enjoyed everything and will be back again. Would stay here again and recommend 100%

So enjoyable!

The process to rent was very easy and we were given all the rules and regulations for the property so there wasn’t anything left to wonder about. We were also given some tips about the surrounding area and some of the owners favorite restaurants and activities. The property was even better than we had expected. The owners had updated the paint in the condo and we loved the colors and the furnishings. They were very coastal and relaxing. I especially liked to sit on the balcony in the morning and drink my coffee the watch the sun rise and enjoy the peace and quite of the marsh. The view was exceptional and relaxing. I think the location of this particular unit has to be one of the best. We had the pool and the store/bar/grill in our courtyard which was perfect. I would rent this unit again, in a heartbeat. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

We were very impressed with how clean the condo was!! The beach was clean and well kept.. The boardwalk was a bit long in the heat but was worth it.. We weren’t able to find many activities for my girls which were both 18 that they were interested.. however it was a great peaceful getaway for my husband and I. Thanks!!

Wonderful beach getaway!

We had such a great stay at the property and definitely will be back in the future. The view was beautiful and the amenities were nice as well. The property manager was super responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

The Condo was out of date. This particular condo owner only supplies one garbage bag, one use dishwasher detergent, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no sponge or soap for cleaning dishes for a week. We chose this unit based on its location. The outdoor pool outside our room was closed for painting for the entire week which was spring break. The indoor pool was closed for two days. The sauna was closed for two days for painting also. The property manager had no knowledge of these closings and told me to find a security guard instead of knowing what is going on at the resort since she was the point of contact. The security also had no idea why these facilities were closed. So just another way to pass the buck. Hilton Head Island is beautiful but I will recommend that no one books a stay at the Hilton Head Resort.

Beautiful view and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is so gorgeous and it was a great place to relax every night. Villa was very clean and well stocked. Great location close to the boardwalk and pool. We will definitely be back!
