303 Tennismaster is a beautifully remodeled, dog-friendly villa overlooking the grounds of the Tennismaster Villas complex. You'll enjoy a private porch and multiple balconies!



Tile floors span the entire first floor. The kitchen, which is open to the dining and living rooms, features granite countertops, new cabinetry, and a separate breakfast area with seating for four. The living room offers free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and access to the porch.



The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and a private bathroom with a custom shower and vanity. The guest bedroom also features a private balcony and bathroom.



From the Tennismaster Villas, a short walk or bike ride along a landscaped path will bring you to the beach!

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.



Things to Know:



There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly.



A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. No cats are permitted. But you may ask us to see if owners will allow.
