  • Tämä on upea täysin päivitetty 1 makuuhuoneen Ocean Front Condo. Omistajat ovat koristaneet sen kauniisti kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. 2 Suuri taulutelevisio ja queen-vuodesohva. Makuuhuone, jossa on queen-vuode, on varustettu kaikilla tarvitsemillasi varastoilla ja mukautetuilla kaappeilla. Tämä on tilava 1 makuuhuoneen huone, jossa on 4 hengen huone, jossa on vuodesohva.

Perfect location for us--steps away from Coligny Plaza. We wanted to walk everywhere. Beautiful beach front view. Small but just right for the two of us. Would absolutely stay again--only glitch was the dishwasher wouldn't run the morning we were leaving. Called property mgr. They said, "You have to really slam the door..." Maybe just replace/fix the door? People don't typically man-handle other peoples' property. Overall love this condo!

Very nice beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Sofa needed cleaning and some of the things were not all the way clean when we arrived. Other than that, it is a great little condo close to the beach and good management.

Nice and clean

This was the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed at. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and the balcony had some loose boards, but I would definitely stay there again.

Prefect getaway

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We didn't have to drive to go anywhere. Restaurants,shops and the beach was steps away. We come to hilton head once a year and this area was by far the best time ever. Will be booking again.

The condo is the best location on the island. Balcony overlooks the ocean. Had an issue with the balcony door not opening but management send over a worker immediately. The only requests I would suggest is to add a stove in the kitchen and a better mattress on the couch pull out bed. We bought food to cook and got back to the condo and there wasn’t a stove. The mattress on the pull out is very thin and painful.

Perfect beach front condo for a couple. Beautiful 1st floor view of dunes and beach waves. Loved the convenience and walkability to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, live music, and even a grocery store. Our only complaint was the people in the condo above us had a very heavy step, luckily we don't do a lot of hanging out in the condo during the day but they seemed to be there every time we were and they walked the hallways and opened/closed the sliding glass door often. The only time is was a huge bother was it woke us up in the middle of the night and early morning when they would go to the bathroom. The first 2 nights it was so loud I literally sat straight up in bed because I thought someone was in our space. Other than that great stay! Our first time in Hilton Head but not our last!

I would have loved to have a small bottle of shampoo when we arrived.They had other small amenities like dishwasher detergent but we came in on the red eye from Arizona so we were practically up all night and all I wanted to do was take a shower but there was no shampoo, so I had to run to the super market and purchase some. Just a small bottle would have been nice to refresh.

There were dirty marks on the couch, paint scrapes on the wall, and the sliding door to the deck was corroded. When we called property management someone did come over and get the door to open.

Reviewer Comments: The location was great and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. As well, a very short walk to a nice, but crowded beach. The condo was nice but the sofa needs cleaning. There is a large place on the wall in living room where touch up paint is needed. The linens were dirty and had not been washed. The filter in the furnace was very dirty. The bathroom vent had not been cleaned inca very long time. Again, a nice place but with a little attention to detail would be excellent.

Broken appliances

First day was great, then discovered the washer didn’t work. The rental property did our laundry for us which was greatly appreciated. 2nd day discovered dish washer latch was broken. So disappointed, the rental property offered us to move to another unit which we were very happy and grateful to do.

Would rent again IF deck is repaired, old floor boards were cracked and unhinged in areas, not secure. Nice new appliances, but dishwasher was not connected, nor was clothes washer. Coffee machine was not functioning but was quicly replaced by Seashore vacation company. The unit also needs to be repainted, walss and doir were quite dirty and scuffed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was very small and uncomfortable. The bedding was old and did not smell or feel good. There was no closet to hang clothes. A wall cabinet hung high beside the bed had a rod in it for hanging things if you could reach it with a chair. Our patio door was broken and maintenance had to come and remove the broken lock. The patio wood was cracked and rotted in several places and did not look safe. We went about out outings and events but the condo was uncomforable and disappointing.

Reviewer Comments: Unsatisfied with our unit and the appliances in it.-the icemaker did not work, I called on this but was only told "thanks for letting us know" and nothing on this is what we can do to help ie; delivery of ice or ice trays so I could make my own....nothing-the cable on the tv only worked in the living room and not in the bedroom.....also pointed out.-I could not get the dishwasher to work.-we didn't have enough garbage bags to fully clear out all of our food products in the kitchen.- there was an old mattress thrown out in the bottom section where bikes are stored.I requested a reimbursement for at least one nights stay but haven't received a response yet.Angie Hubert

.Very Dirty comforter (clean side was up, when folded back it was brown with filth).Pillows are flat and smelled terrible (purchased my own for my stay) .Ice maker does not work.Dishwasher does not work and no drying mat or rack for dishes (had to hand wash everything used) .Couch is filthy and in very bad shape makes loud noise just sitting down on it. .Dryer takes FOREVER to dry and very small.Multiple burnt out lightbulbs .Shower drain won’t stay open.No door safety latch .Dirty fan in main room .Use caution stove is next to sink .Bathroom cabinet does not stay closed.Upstairs neighbors will be heard while walking, opening/closing sliding glass door, and flushing toilet .The grounds are well maintained except for the ground floor walkways could use a rusty old un-used bike clear out. NOTE: check your room for the gate code to access the beach!! (Not knowing it was needed had me going back and forth) should be given with check in information. Positive:.Security guard on side very nice.Elevators are great .Location is perfect for entertainment, shopping and food.Pool has plenty of seating and shade .Beach has security coded gate for property security (very crowded during summer).Clean for the most part.Look for the deer off the balcony. He made an appearance during my visit

GREAT location but needs TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location to park your car and not have to drive your entire stay, Everything is within walking distance. Good beach views and easy walk to the beach. The unit itself could use a lot of TLC. It was dated, needed a fresh paint job, could use new tile or lvp throughout. It was missing doors to laundry and door hardware to master. The rear sliding door didn’t lock. The porch deck boards were loose and needed to be secured or really just replaced. The kitchen is small, but functional. The front door is missing a door sweep so there’s a big gap at the bottom, but surprisingly we didn’t see any bugs during our stay. The furniture looks older. The mattress needs to be replaced, you will end up in the middle close to your partner. So, if your looking for room to stretch out this isn’t the right bed and bring your own pillows. This is not a 5 star place, so have the right expectations when you walk in and stay there just for the convenience and location.

Great property with ocean view! Park & walk to everything you need!

Great little 1 bedroom apartment that my wife and I stayed for 2 weeks. Fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceilings with beach color scheme, the tile floor a little dated but clean. Kitchen was open concept to living room was well stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, granite counter and toaster all in good working order and clean. The high-top bar stools at the kitchen island were a good area to eat or check out my computer. Stackable washer and dryer looked new. Living room had pullout sofa bed and comfortable chair and wall mounted flat screen TV. (Great artwork on the living room walls Mr. Owner as I found myself staring at the wall painting a lot!) Exterior wall had full view balcony door so from kitchen/living area the views are awesome. Balcony itself was the star of the show. Great ocean view with mature lush dunes. The double high-top chair avoided view being obstructed by balcony. The bed was a little small but comfortable, but we are used to king size. Linens and towels all in great condition. The Breakers overall grounds are clean and well maintained. There was a generous pool deck area with a heated adult pool then a smaller shallow unheated kiddy pool. Security were great guys and always moved around the grounds. Coligny Plaza across the street had much to see and do all under a 10-minute walk to farthest point. Great biking on trails & beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, across the street from Coligny Square with shops and restaurants, but the condo could use some updates. There were dirty marks on the couch, paint scrapes on the wall, and the sliding door to the deck was corroded. When we called property management someone did come over and get the door to open.

Badly in nned of update

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sheets and towels very worn, icemaker didn't work, slider didn't lock and very hard to close, no lamps on master night stands, no vacuum or decent broom for sand, deck very old and splintered. Ceramic needs covered with LVP. Dumb to put cooktop next to sink. Dirty couch. Proximity to beach, Coligny Square and the pool were pluses . Not terribly clean when we got there
