Pack up the kids...furry or human...and head to this fully-furnished, perfectly- located cozy condo for some much-needed R&R. Your family will be close to everything when you stay within our centrally-located and well-known Treetops complex. A short 10 min walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza, you are just steps away from all that Hilton Head has to offer.

The condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a spacious setting that allows your family to enjoy an open living concept for family vacation time but maintains separation of space between the two bedrooms for quiet, peaceful sleep! The large traditional kitchen and living room are fully equipped for your family nights, including a newer washer/dryer for convenience. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with private access to the huge screened-in patio and a large, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2nd bathroom has 2 twin beds and its own bathroom with a bathtub - perfect for a kids room. Both rooms have TVs and large closets. Perhaps the best of feature of all is the large private patio that is the perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and conversation! We love how homey, comfortable and quiet the condo feels while still being right in the middle of the best of Hilton Head Island - and we think you will too!

This unit is easily accessible via a safe and convenient digital lock. You'll love that it's on the first floor, especially when carrying luggage, groceries, or walking your fur babies! During your stay you will also have access to all of Treetops' amenities - 3 on-site pools (open April - October), a tennis court and a scenic sundeck for some nature-watching.

Beach day? Great! The world-famous beach is a quick and easy 10 minute walk away! Looking for some lunch & shopping? Easy! Coligny Plaza is also a quick 10 - 15 minute walk from your new home away from home.

The condo also provides 2 parking passes available upon request.

Super cute, beach-themed condo in a fantastic location on Hilton Head Island! The unit was very clean and the king bed was really comfortable. I loved that all the towels, soaps, etc. were professionally packaged just for us. We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We didn't bring any kids, but everything you would want for a family beach vacation was provided. Katie was a great host, very communicative and responsive. We would definitely book again!

Condo was exactly as described! Super clean, everything you need, all the beach gear, very quiet. Easy walk to beach! Hosts answered all questions almost immediately. Pet friendly and so many trails for walking. I highly recommend staying here!

My family, including our 2 young kids and Aussie, stayed 5 days at Katie’s condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was a dog crate and pack n play which was helpful so we didn’t need to bring ours. They had beach towels, chairs, and toys, pool floaties, for wherever our day landed us. The condo is a quick walk to the on-site pool, and a short ride along the bike path to the beach which was also accessible by walking!Katie is a very responsive owner. She gave lots of recommendations for food, getting around the island, and bike rentals. Would definitely stay here again!

A Very Nice April Vacation

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean. A little under one mile walk to beach and a very short drive to Coligny Beach. Also a very short drive to Harbourtown. In the years to come we will rent this unit again.

Great condo - perfect for a small family getaway

The condo is all you could ask for. Lovely screened-in porch was very relaxing. Convenient to all Hilton Head Island has to offer - beach, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood is active at times but overall quiet and peaceful. The unit is stocked to cook with during a short stay. Katie is a great host and does everything to make sure your time there is awesome. Would visit again!

Home Away From Home

A wonderful, quiet, relaxing, and cozy area and place. Stayed for five days with hubby and dog. The owner/host is exceptionally nice and accomodating. Only downside is the main patio door to the screened in porch from the living room is very hard to open and close; and the 2nd patio door from the bedroom is mainly covered by a dresser with a tv on it, since there really isn't much room to put it elsewhere in the room. Overall, we would stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Lodging

I previously lived on HHI and spent 4 days at Changes in Latitude this past weekend with family, including my seven year old grandson. We all had a fantastic time thanks to the well decorated and supplied and very comfortable lodging here. Katie has thought of everything to make your stay a positive one. Very brief walk to get to great beach location. Convenient to shops, restaurants and major roads. I would definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Perfect for a 4 person family

Short walk to the beach. It has a pool but we never saw it as we were wanting the beach more. Had enough kitchen items to cook with and buy groceries to eat two meals each day. Couch was very comfortable which is what I usually sleep on due to back issues. They had a notebook with some great suggestions on things to do and places to eat which was vert helpful. We love that we could bring our dogs. We have two daschunds and one is diabetic so bringing our dogs was so comforting. We wouldn’t be able to travel otherwise. The owners must love coffee hust as much as I do because they had plenty of coffee filters stocked which was awesome.

Home away from home

My daughter and I escaped to the beach with our 2 Pomeranians for a relaxing, no fuss weekend, but filled with all of ease and comfort of home at the beach. Our stay was a delight. It was a beautiful condo with all amenities. Our host was very helpful, informative and responsive. The owners have put a lot of thought into the condo and it was clean and beautifully even for our little doggies.

Great condo vacation close to beach.

Check-in instructions were easy and the parking pass location was explained to us very well. Owners are easy to contact with any questions. Brought our 1 yo baby and a small dog. Condo was the perfect size. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen is pretty sizable with a dining room table. Nice screened in back porch. Hilton Head's shoreline is lined with beach resorts without a lot of public beach access. The condo is walkable to the beach but more a 15-20 min walk to the nearest public access point (Alder Lane is what we used). There are a small amount of metered parking spaces here to drop off beach gear for the family or park for the day. Theres also a beachfront bar at this location (Loggerhead's) so we just grab a pina colada for the walk home. Overall great vacation. Nice day at the beach. Clean and nice amenities at the condo.

Awesome place!

We had a great stay at this lovely condo! It is well- furnished and almost entirely updated/renovated. It's feels big and airy and the it was so nice to be able to have the screen porch door open into the house without bugs coming in. It's a super easy/quick walk to the beach and the location is fabulous. Just a few blocks from both Sea Pines and Coligny for restaurants and shopping. Katie was a pleasure to work with. She is very quick to respond and checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Although it is pet-friendly it is nicely furnished and super clean. The kitchen is well-stocked and all of the appliances are new. We will defintely be back!!

A Great Find!

The unit is located within a "mixed-property" development, that while all the buildings resemble one another, each is different in its architecture which makes the entire property very visually interesting and unique. Katie's unit specifically is very clean, with updated granite countertops and appliances, hardwood floors and tasteful decor. We had everything we needed, including dishes, cookware, etc. The beds were super comfortable and the floor plan felt very roomy for a two bed / two bath layout. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away, and there are so many fun things to do nearby that the location is just about perfect! I can't overstate how great Katie was with making everything so easy, and she genuinely wanted to make sure we had the absolute best experience she could provide! We won't hesitate to book with Katie in the future for our next Hilton Head trip!
