As you enter the villa you'll have the fully stocked kitchen to the right of you and the open plan dining area that seats 6 as well as the comfortable living area with high vaulted ceilings with views to the outside deck. The deck is closed in for privacy with a table seating 4 as well as a gas grill.

Both the bedrooms are found to the left of the main living area, each with their own private bathroom. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed and has a large TV and a desk area perfect for remote work. Bedroom 2 offers two queen beds, and a large TV.

This villa has easy access to the community pool and is only a 7 - 10 minute walk to one of the beautiful Hilton Head beaches. The world-famous Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a 2000-acre community that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beaches through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis and pickleball courts. There is also a convenient bikeway/walkway under William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Center, which feature a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants.
