Upea uusinta 13 Hilton Head Beach Club -huvilassa. Graniitti työtasot, laattojen takaosa, avoin keittiö, laattalattiat, uudet huonekalut, mukavat taulutelevisiot ja vain minuutit Hilton Head -rannoille. Pyörätiet, kaupat ja ravintolat ovat vain nurkan takana Hilton Head Beach Clubista. Yksi loistava paikka nauttia lomasta.

Condo nukkuu kuusi ihmistä king-vuode master-sviitissä, uudet turhuudet Master-kylpyammeessa, queen-huone vierashuoneessa, myös päivitetyllä kylpyhuoneella. Olohuoneessa oleva sohva taittuu vieraille, jotta kuusi ihmistä voi nukkua mukavasti. Kaupunkikodin edessä ja takana olevat terassit ovat ihania rentoutumaan päivän päätteeksi varjossa rannalla olon jälkeen. Yhteisön uima-allas on lähellä jäähtyä. Vain yksi auton kulkulupa oleskelua kohti tätä omaisuutta. Kodinomistajien yhdistys sallii vain yhden auton kulkuneuvon kahden makuuhuoneen huoneistoon. Tässä kompleksissa ei ole ylimääräistä pysäköintitilaa.

Hilton Head Island tarjoaa 30 golfkenttää, 200 kauppaa, yli 250 ravintolaa ja 112 mailin pyöräteitä nautittavaksi. Maailmankuulu Hilton Head -rannat ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä ja vielä lähempänä polkupyörääsi. Great vacation getaway!

We recently stayed at this condo and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Traveling with two teenagers, we wanted to have plenty of options. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just a short walk to a variety of shops, fantastic restaurants, and, best of all, the beach! Whether we wanted to grab a quick coffee or açaí bowl, enjoy a nice dinner, or spend the day soaking up the sun and listening to the waves, everything was right at our fingertips.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet still close to all the action.We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and stress-free place to stay. The check-in at the realty office was friendly, quick, and organized. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great location

The property was as pictured. Large front and back enclosed areas. Upstairs balcony. Steps to the pool. Short walk to the beach access and to Coligny Plaza. The only issue was there were no sheets for the sleeper sofa.

This was a great location. Cleaning could be a bit better. Behind chairs and end tables a bunch of dirt and some dead bugs. It was otherwise a great stay!

Great location and comfortable space

We enjoyed this rental and would likely stay again. The location was great, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool on site was great too. The only down side I would say is I wish the kitchen was better stocked for cooking. Overall a great stay though and would recommend to others.

We had a great stay - the condo worked very well for our family and we loved that it was walkable. Only negative was how crowded the beach was but it was 4th of July week! Overall wonderful place and wonderful week!

Old fashion key

I wish you didn’t need an old fashion key to secure the property. Also the original package did not have the old fashion key nor the parking pass. We consider ourselves lucky to just be at your office at the same time one of your workers was dropping off something if nobody was there we never would’ve been able to get a key to get into the unit. While looking for the key we tried calling the number on the form but no answer. Also I guess we were lucky being near the end of the season they weren’t checking for parking but there were no parking pass we cannot handmade one.

Disappointed

Rented this place 2 yrs ago & was disappointed in the condition of the condo this time. Upon entry the front door handle was barely hanging on, had to buy screwdriver to fix it. Condo smelled like cigarette smoke. Return vent going upstairs had layer of dust, had to vacuum it, with little luck as vacuum was not powerful. Could not open upstairs balcony door bc handle was scotch taped secured. Bulb on chandelier was broken and hanging on it's side. Shower doors could use a good "magic eraser" cleaning...easy to do! My recommendation is to hire a honest cleaning company that will fix & report maintenance needs. Robert was responsive only if I would call him. Would not rent this condo again. The only positives with this condo is...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

We were very happy with the comfort and cleanliness of this townhouse. It is located 0.3 miles to Coligny Beach. Biking is very popular on the island and there are many sidewalks and trails. This condo was convenient to many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It was perfect for our stay.

Great location.

Great vacation home. Loved the proximity to the beach. Nicely tucked away but close enough to everthing. The unit is nicely decorated and we had just about everything we needed to feel like home.

2 bed 2 bath blocks from the beach.

Condo is adequate, nothing was broken, damaged or dirty. Everything was very much like the pictures. There was one couch and 2 wicker chairs (no back cushions) and my kids ended up laying on the.floor most of the time if we watched a movie together. Lots of construction going on down the street from the condo so basically a dirt road to get there and the.pool was not operable until Wednesday (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue closed) this is not the fault of the.property management, but still one of the main reasons we picked this place. Close to the beach (10 min walk) and Coligny Plaza (shopping, restaurants). Property management doesn't use VRBO app and rental agreement got lost in spam folder, finally located it on the day we left for HH. You have to go by their office to get keys when their is a lock box on the unit. Everything was as stated and nothing went wrong, just wasn't excellent. The Hilton Vacations or whoever managed the property basically throw a few run of the mill Hilton Head brochures in the packet at check-in. No directions on how to get to the beach (the closest rout, we found on the last day) or where to take garbage. 2 garbage bags for entire week. No local restaurant recommendations (brochures) no local intelligence. All in all it was just OK.
