    The Space:

    From mornings on the links to leisurely beach afternoons, this recently renovated condo puts you right at the center of vacation fun. Make plans for the day while you sip morning coffee on your patio overlooking the golf course. A gas grill and outdoor dining table offer the perfect perch for afternoon barbecues. Inside the condo, an open-style layout makes it easy for your whole group to socialize.

    Stretch out on the brand new sofa in the sunlit living room with a favorite read or flip channels on the new large flatscreen TV. Find everything you need to prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, new dishwasher and ample counter space. When it's time to eat, dine at the six-person table.

    Upstairs you will find updated stairs and railings that will lead you to the two spacious bedrooms with solid hardwood floors throughout the space, along with renovated bathrooms, one having a walk-in shower and the other bathroom having a tub and shower combination. HVAC system replaced with two zones! One for each floor will ensure the entire home stays cool throughout the day.

    As part of the Shipyard Plantation neighborhood, this condo is an amenity-rich destination. Play a round of championship golf at the on-site course. Bask in the sun around the complex's shared pool, or walk over to the beach and dig your toes in the sand.

    Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head! This condo was in a great location. A quick walk to the pool and a 2 minute car ride to the Shipyard beach access. Plenty of beach parking was available in the morning. Beach accessories were available to us at the condo - wagon, umbrellas, toys, etc. We were close to many restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was no Keurig but there was a coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!

Loved this place!

Great condo and a great location! Felt right at home! It’s a .5 mile walk to the beach, but very pleasant on the shaded l, paved path. The Shipyard complex is very private and relaxing, a great place to enjoy walks and a bike ride.

Wonderful Experience

Great, quiet location on golf course and within a very pleasant walk to beach. Nicely decorated, updated, and clean, with plenty of space for two adults (MBR/Bath downstairs) and four children (2 BR/2 Bath up). Host added some nice touches (binder with things to do/see), games for kids that added to our overall experience.

Great location

Beautiful home in a great location however housekeeping is not letting this be a 5 star as the master bedroom did not have any sheets on the bed and there weren’t any in the home, pillow cases too small for pillows, dishwasher extremely dirty (never seen before and wish i had seen before we used the dishes) and keurig needed to be descaled. Management did provide sheets the next day. That said we did have a great week and loved the pool and close proximity to the beach!

Fantastic trip

This is a great rental space. We had 5 people all slept comfortably I. The 3 bedroom house. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of seating in the space to watch tv with a very large comfortable couch that could seat everyone.

Perfect get away

Perfect property. Fully renovated. Just amazing. Perfect location 5 minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to the pool. South end of island near everything. Better then expected. If your ever selling this unit lmk.

Great Place in Shipyard

This is a really wonderful place to stay on Hilton Head Island in Shipyard Plantation. We've stayed in many places on the island over the years and this is most certainly one of the best! The living areas are open and remodeled and the kitchen is absolutely amazing! Although we didn't cook while we were there we noticed that it is well-appointed and has everything you could possibly need. Situated on a golf course in a quiet neighborhood, this unit is a quick walk to a wonderful beach and pool inside the community. We stopped by the Sonesta Hotel only steps away on a sunny afternoon to have lunch and drinks at the pool bar. The first floor master and full bath were great.

Great Place to Stay

The property is newly renovated and looks just like the pictures. The owner has thought of everything when setting this up to rent. It has plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, etc. The pots, pans and cooking utensils are nice quality. They allowed us to use their beach chairs, wagon and boogie boards. It's close walking distance to the beach. We recommend renting bikes as you can ride many places. The rental has a great deck for you to grill and play games. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay on Hilton Head!

We loved the location and the amenities of this condo! Being on the end unit, there is a wrap around deck with lots of space. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching golfers on the 6th green. The only drawback was that every morning between 4:30 and 5:30, a golf course employee would come by on a golf cart and wake us up. But not a deal breaker for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and beautifully done. Huge sofa in the living room for several people to sit and watch TV. This was our first time to Hilton Head and we fell in love and will be coming back and would love to stay in this same condo! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had our family of nine travel from Georgia and Florida to this beautifully decorated and spacious condo for a week of relaxation and fun! Plenty of room for the little ones and adults to have their own space, and many activities that kept us busy whether rain or shine. In the mornings, we would have coffee and watch the golfers on the course in front of us, take a stroll or bike ride to the beach for a few hours, and come back to grill out on the patio. For the days we didn’t feel like getting sandy, we stepped right around the corner to the pool and enjoyed swim and social time. The daily bike rides through the shipyard were some of our favorite times as we saw a lot of wildlife we don’t see in the city :) Our Vacasa hosts supplied us everything we needed in terms of towels, linens and a fully stocked kitchen! We went mini golfing, out to ice cream and even to a local eatery where my sister got engaged on our trip! This is a week we will always remember and we could not have asked for a better home to stay in. We can’t wait to be back next summer!

Great location!

This ia a beautiful home in a great location I would’ve given it a five out of five however we had some issues with the housekeeping. A little too late in the evening, we noticed that the master bed had its covers on, but there were no sheets underneath and no spares to be found. Also many of the pillows in the other rooms had pillowcases too small for the pillows. Management did give us sheets in the morning. We had some problems with the coffee maker, but after some trials we were able to descale it. Unfortunately, we discovered too late that the dishwasher utensil holder was incredibly gunked up, which may be the reason why the dishes weren’t getting clean and it was not something I could clean. The other thing is, I would let people know that there’s only one dish towel in the kitchen .. how to make everyone help clean up when there’s only one. I say these things mainly because if I was the owner I would want to know if my home was being taken care of..this home is beautiful and in a perfect location. We loved using the pool and being able to have access to the beach and ride bikes along the paths.

Beautiful condo but not toddler friendly

This property was the right size for our group of 3 adults and 2 children (8 and 2). It's located close to the beach and a pool is a short walk away. Restaurants, stores, and activities were a short drive away. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and had everything mentioned in the listing. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and modern. We appreciated the complimentary soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soap and sponge, laundry and dishwasher pods. Even though we should've realized from the pictures, we quickly realized when we arrived that the condo wasn't toddler friendly (i.e. baby proofed). The stairs were the biggest concern but there were some fragile decorations that we had to move so the toddler couldn't reach. There were games and books for older guests but no baby books or toys, which would've been a nice touch. Bath towels were provided but we couldn't find any pool/beach towels which would've been greatly appreciated considering the proximity to the beach and pool. During the booking process, it was unclear on how to reserve a crib/pack & play for our toddler. There was no option to indicate that we needed one except for leaving a note which no one responded to. After making our reservation, we called the property manager directly and they helped us, but it would've been nice to make the selection upfront or to update the listing with instructions on how to reserve. Overall, it was a great condo for our trip.
