Sandy Beach Escape - 2nd Floor Ocean View @ HHR!

Welcome to SANDY BEACH ESCAPE, a relaxing and tranquil Vacation Ready Services condo located at Hilton Head Resort! Located on the 2nd floor of Building #2, this charming two bed & two bath island getaway is the perfect place to stay. As you enter, you'll be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and all the cookware you might need to whip up some glorious vacation meals. The open-concept layout connects the kitchen to the living room, where you can relax while enjoying your favorite TV shows with Cable channels being available.

The spacious balcony is an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the refreshing ocean air. The primary bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, perfect for restful nights, while the guest bedroom is great for the kids, with full & twin beds. Both bathrooms make it easy to refresh before heading out to explore the gorgeous island. Plus, you'll have private WiFi and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable - including starter supplies such as dish soap/detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bathing towels for your convenience.

The resort itself is also packed with amenities: Three inviting pools. including an outdoor heated pool in Building #1 as well as a beautiful indoor recreation facility in Building #3 which includes a heated pool, kiddie pool and hot tub, walking track, a well-equipped gym, sauna & steam room, and even a small arcade! You can also enjoy delicious meals at the on-site deli or sip refreshing drinks at the poolside tiki bar and oceanfront Cabana. For those who love staying active, there are six lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a badminton court, as well as an oceanfront volleyball court. After a day of fun in the sun, you can grill up a feast at the designated area. A golf cart shuttle also runs April-September from the resort to the beach! If you have kids, they will love the 10 minute walk across the boardwalk with all the marine life!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. Please let us know if you have a service animal! This is also a NON-SMOKING/vaping condo. The primary renter must be 25 years of age.
