This unit is a short 5 to 7 Minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, across the street from the Sonesta Resort and the Shipyard Beach House. Guests staying at The Greens 127 may also enjoy dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18 or 27 holes available for play. Just outside of the south entrance/exit gate you will find Pope Avenue. Pope Avenue and Coligny Plaza offer numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
