Huge three bedroom townhome that is very close to the beach. Easy walk to the ocean, near bike paths and Coligny shops and restaurants. What a great location near amenities while you stay in a very large three bedroom three and a half bath townhome. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Open kitchen to dining area and the living room. Walk out the deck and down to tennis courts and a swimming pool. Master bedroom has king size bed with en suite full bathroom. First guest room has another king size bed with a full size en suite bath. The huge third bedroom is a great room for the family and kids with six twin beds that pull out too. Large flat screen TVs in living room and third bedroom. Living room has a fold out couch so twelve people can sleep comfortably. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 36 Courtside in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Forest Beach is a great location to be on Hilton Head. You have easy access to the beaches, just across the street. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants located in the Coligny shopping area. You can enjoy breakfast at Skillets or Plantation Deli, pizza at New York City Pizza or dinner at Big Bamboo. Big Bamboo has live entertainment and a great bar area. The Town of Hilton Head has developed a beautiful town park with a huge grass area to picnic in or enjoy the huge Pirate Ship playground, just off Pope Avenue. The townhouse is a wonderful place to vacation with family. It has a pool and tennis courts within steps of the back patio. Within minutes walk to the beach. It has enough space and chairs to dine together. Plenty of mattresses for everyone to sleep. Looking forward to staying here again next summer.

I cannot give a good review for this townhome. The kitchen was not clean. We didn’t was to put food in the pantry because of the grit. The utensil drawer was broken so very hard to open and close. As was a drawer in the fridge. The upstairs room had dead bugs on the floor and live spiders in the beds. The ac was set to automatically cool to 78 during the day and that made it 84 in the home. Extremely hot upstairs!! No way to change the setting. I cannot recommend this home. We will not stay there again.

Would Not Recommend For Large Groups

We stayed late June 2025 as family of 10 and a baby. The location was good as it was a short walk to the beach and had access to two pools, however there were several issues we encountered. One of the couches (dark one) featured in the photos was missing, the two chairs on the balcony were broken and too uncomfortable to sit in, and 2/3 trundles on the top floor were broken so when you pulled out the bottom bed the top bed fell to the ground as well. The attic room is also much smaller than it appears in photos and when all beds were out you have to walk on beds to get to the bathroom. As well, the AC in the attic did not work well at all so it was very stuffy the whole week - would recommend maybe adding a window AC unit. Overall, this place definitely needs a little TLC, and we were mislead by photos. Maybe for a smaller group it would be a better fit.

Best family vacation.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was plenty big enough for our big family to feel comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and being close to the beach. Only complaints were that it does get a little too hot on the main level and the top floor. Black out curtains and maybe some fans like you have on the second level would be great. The second level stayed pretty decent. Also the a/c kept resetting to 74 making it hot. Oh and the WiFi could be better. Other than that, we loved it and will consider staying there again for sure. Oh and the credit for the bikes was also nice. We love riding bikes the whole time.

Great location

This is a perfect place to stay especially if you have kids and teenagers they have an upper room that is just there’s with there own bathroom and shower so it keeps the chaos down a bit. Close to pool and tennis courts. 15 minute walk to the beach. The only thing we didn’t like was the beds were hard and the couches in the living room were old and worn and low to the ground so it could be difficult for someone to get up. Over all a great stay!

Good family rental

This property worked very well for our family of 6. It was great having separate spaces for everyone. The property was clean and well stocked. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was because the walls were noticeably dirty. A good wipedown and I would give 5 stars for cleanliness. We didn't realize there were beach chairs until after the last day at the beach. It would have been nice to know they were located in the area with the trash cans. So for the next family - don't rent, they are provided!

Spacious, great location

Assets: Loved the bathrooms, beds, location. Nice, big television. We brought 7 teens who all stayed in the big room upstairs. Perfect for a week-long slumber party. Adequate kitchen supplies. Loved biking around the area. Negatives: Grill not functional. Never found the remote for the upstairs television for the girls who slept there. Furniture on main level (couches) sink when you sit on them. Silverware tray in kitchen drawer does not “catch”- so we took the heavy tray out all week to avoid dropping it. Minor inconveniences that are easily fixable. Giving 5 stars because owner communicated very well and we had a super time! Thank you.

Great place and location

Overall great place and location. Plenty of room and a short walk to the beach and town. We rented bikes which made it a breeze getting around as there are plenty of bike paths. Nice pool area. I do suggest water shoes for kids that hop around using the bottom of the pool. It was a bit rough and hurt my kids feet.

Hilton vacation

Overall the condo was great with everything we needed. However the sliding door leading to the patio was very difficult to operate and screen fell off, the shower above kitchen leaked water into the kitchen due to poor installation of floor drain. Although we didn’t use it the grill wasn’t functional.
