207 North Shore Place on toisen kerroksen huvila erittäin halutulla North Forest Beach -alueella, vain yhden korttelin päässä Atlantin valtamerestä! Nauti pääsystä varjoisalle parvekkeelle, uima-altaalle ja porealtaalle, kun et ole rannalla!

Astuessasi huvilaan löydät avoin pohjaratkaisun, paljon luonnollista valoa ja laattalattiat koko oleskelutilasta. Ruokapöydässä on neljä ja lisäksi kolme baarijakkaraa keittiön saaren varrella. Olohuoneessa on mukava sohva, ilmainen WiFi, iso taulu-tv ja pääsy omalle parvekkeelle. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö tarjoaa erinomaisen tilan viihdyttämiseen ja aterioiden valmistukseen.

North Shore Place sijaitsee Forest Beachin sydämessä ja on uusin huoneistokompleksi, joka tarjoaa valoisia ja avoimia keittiöitä, ylisuuria kylpyammeita, katettuja parvekkeita ja pysäköintialueen rakennuksen alla avaintunnisteilla varustetulla suojauksella. Majoitusliikkeessä on kattoterassi, poreallas ja aurinkoterassi sekä pääsy uima-altaalle Seacrestissa. Rantaan pääsy on kadun toisella puolella, kun kävelet Seacrestin ohi.

Our stay was fantastic! I wasn’t sure what to expect with some of the critical reviews, but we found this condo suited our needs perfectly. The location was perfect. I actually preferred it over beachside locations due to its immediate proximity to Coligny Plaza. We walked everywhere! The rooftop pool was never crowded. The grounds were always clean and quite lovely. The condo was equally clean and had everything we needed. While the pullout couch isn’t super comfy, you have to realize that will be the case since none ever are without toppers. Communication with the management company was fast and efficient. We didn’t go thinking we’d spend a lot of time inside here, but when we did it was quite comfortable. We would happily stay here again!

The location is the best. Walkable, to the beach, restaurants. Lots of stuff to do. Spacious and comfortable. We had a wifi issue. But our management company was super helpful.

Great location

This is a nice property, across the street from the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. Our only complaint was that the thermostat was locked on 70 degrees and could not be adjusted. This was a minor inconvenience for us, but could be an issue for someone that wants the temperature warmer.

Great location

This property is in a great location. We traveled with two kids, the house was spacious and located in such a great spot. Prior to arriving I reached out to confirm there was a hot tub as it would be too cold for the kids to use the rooftop pool. I was assured the hot tub was open. We got to the property on 2/24 and the hot tub was fully drained. According to other residents the hot tub had been closed for over a month and is often closed due to a leak apparently. We were super disappointed as we were really looking forward to using the listed amenities. I reached out a few times (phone call and email) while we were there and never received a call back regarding the hot tub.

Property was pretty much as advertised; however, it could use some maintenance upgrades. The covers were missing on most of the ceiling lights in the bathrooms. The kitchen is not very well equipped for someone that wants to cook something during their stay and the rack inside the refrigerator is held on with duct tape. Only four forks!

This place needs serious updates. The a/c has serious issues. It doesn’t work well and has black mold with standing water. The light bulbs are all mix matched with warm and cool lighting. The door handles to outside pinch fingers. Shelves in refrigerator are broken. The location is pretty amazing though. We’ll chose somewhere else to stay next time.

Ok stay - could be perfect easily

What you see in pics is what you get. Everything was clean and as advertised. Couple easy fixes and would be 5 star. Towels - get one set per person. Therefore you do laundry EVERYDAY on vacation. Now, that would not be a real big deal except the dryer sounds like a 747. When the dryer is on, it is so loud you can’t carry on a conversation or even hear a TV in the living space. Not exaggerating here and being petty. It is loud and needs replaced. My suggestion. Service or replace the dryer. Provide a few more sets of towels. No one wants to spend the day on the Beach, shower, and then reuse their towels w/o washing. If they do, you probably don’t want them renting your property. 1 set per person is not enough. Called prop manager 1st day to ask for more, was told no. Overall - would stay again with updates. for the $ charged would probably stay in same complex in different unit w/o updates.

Great location, dirty condo

I loved the location and really enjoyed walking to the beach, to get coffee, groceries and ice cream. The cleanliness of the condo was a little disappointing. The bedroom carpets were disgusting. The sink handle in the master bathroom was broken. The ceiling lighting fixtures in the bathroom were moldy making the lights dim. Some of the walls/doors had splattered food on them. They obviously have not been wiped down in a while which is concerning during a pandemic. They balcony needed to be power washed. The clothes dryer was so loud that we couldn't use it while in the condo.

The property is in dire need of repair. Several light bulbs out, can lights broke or missing fixtures, facet handle in master bedroom broke with sharper edges, bugs in light housing above shower. Reported to property manager and they entered it in their ticket system.

Great location

Central to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Dedicated parking and on site pool was a plus. The unit itself was in need of some repairs and updates. The ceiling fans were very noisy and bathroom fixtures were broken. In spite of those inconveniences it really is an ideal location.

Excellent location

This location is great...walking distance to the beach and Coligny Park, restaurants and shops. The building is also very nice and the unique 4th floor pool will be appealing to many. We also liked the layout of the unit and found it generally clean, and the hosts provided essentials such as laundry and dish detergents. I could only give the property 3 stars because of several maintenance issues, which should be relatively cheap to fix. The pocket door between the toilet and master bedroom sticks badly and my wife was unable to move it. The light over the master bath sink was out, and the sink handle was partially broken as well. All could easily be addressed by a handyman. We also found the refrigerator seemed to alternate between warm and freezing our drinks. Carpet in the master bedroom is in poor condition. This unit is a good option, but could be excellent with a little TLC.

Weekend trip

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The check in process was a bit frustrating. The management company had moved and we didn’t get the right code. Wasted at least 45 min driving around to find the new location and luckily someone else picking up their packet had the right code. They also went to the old location before finding the new location.

Apartment need to be renovated

The apartment lacked thorough cleaning. Hair in the bath, dirt behind bedside tables, cobwebs in window shades. Refrigerator, air conditioning and dryer make unnecessary noise. Lack of kitchen utensils. Apart from this, the apartment was nice in terms of room solution. could seem a little dark caused lack of daylight. Good accessibility to shops

Great location!

Perfect location with easy beach access and accessibility to Coligny. The cleaning wasn’t quite up to my standards, the bath rugs seemed a little dinghy which I just washed myself there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the carpet in the second bedroom and the comforters were stained as well. The faucet handles in the master and kitchen were functional but broken. Overall we loved the place just giving feedback to make the owner/rental co aware of areas in need of attention.

Convenient!

My family of 4 stayed at the condo for 4 nights. It was the perfect location for us. It is literally steps away from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The condo was clean and spacious for our family. My girls also loved going to the rooftop pool everyday. Highly recommend!

Spring Break Stay

The condo was nice, well-equipped, and the location was excellent. It was in need of some cosmetic repairs and there was a large hole in the master bathroom ceiling from incomplete repairs. Also, there was no can opener, which we needed on several occasions. Overall, a very nice place with some minor tlc.
