Fully Renovated and Oceanfront with a beautiful view!! Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with KING size bed, queen pullout sofa in living room, and adjoining bath. Living room sofa, 65" HDTV in living room and 55" HDTV in bedroom and FREE Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Three.
This is a 3rd floor unit only steps away from parking, the pool, and beach access. You are only 20 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!
This is a owner operated unit, please feel free to contact me about any more details or questions!

NEW STARTING JANUARY 1, 2024: The complex now charges $35 per pass that is good for your entire stay, but keep this in mind if you request more than 1 pass. This will be part of the rental fee, listed as parking.

This condo has been updated and is spectacular. No corners were cut when renovating this condo. Everything was so nice, clean and well-stocked. The view is incredible. Hosts were very responsive and did whatever they could to accommodate our requests. Super impressed. We would 10/10 recommend.

We absolutely loved your place! Not sure if we will go back to Hilton Head, not golfers, but if we did we would 100% book with this host again. HighlyRecommended! Balcony is nice a private on the third floor. Only drawback, no elevator, but clearly not owners fault. Comfortable king bed. They made the place very welcoming and felt larger than it was.

Relaxing weekend away

Went to HH for a long girls weekend with my cousin and it was exactly what we needed!! The condo was exactly as described and great location! My favorite thing was actually the super comfy king size bed!! If you like a softer mattress, you will love everything about it!!! Communication with host was awesome, very speedy responses. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed to start our vacation. Also kitchen is VERY well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, and lots of extras!! My ONLY complaint may be the 3 flights of stairs…though its the price you pay for the gorgeous views!! And yes, there is an elevator but it is quite a hike to it so we just faced the stairs…so that tells you they weren’t THAT awful! Anyway, the whole weekend was great and would love the opportunity to stay here again

The condo was nice—just as pictured. We enjoyed the resort amenities—picke ball, bike rental, bar near pool. We would have enjoyed more restaurants/bars walking distance from resort. The pool was too cold to swim—wish it was heated.

Clearance of only about 24-27 inches between bed and the wall on one side and closet door on the otherSMALL bathroom. Had to move around the TP holder and trash can when on toilet and when entering/exiting shower Couch could be a bit more comfortable. Aside from the chairs to the table (which needs to be crammed into one corner) it was the only place to sit to watch TVFold up sofa beds are crammed into the other corner The UglyThinnest toilet paper in America. Things can only get ugly when you’re forced to work with that. Overall, it’s OK. Were a bit older and enjoy more comforts, but it’s a clean, nice place.

Snow Escape/28 Days

The view from this villa is awesome, with beautiful sunrises over the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony. The counter space and kitchen storage is great, as is the large dresser and small closet in the bedroom. Bathroom shower is large. The televisions were superb-great picture. A few things could be improved upon, though. There were 2 rolling twin cots in the corner of the villa that were not depicted in the photos, and took up quite a bit of space. Also the coffee table was missing that was depicted in the photos. I think accuracy in the pictures is important as we rely on them to fill our needs. The bed was way too soft for us, and the sheets were very pilled. After the first wash I turned them inside out and it helped a bit. I'd suggest some nice new percales. The large area rug in the living room needs a cleaning or replacement. But all in all we enjoyed our stay at HHB&T, and look forward to next year.

NEGATIVES 1) elevator very far AWAY FROM UNIT. 2) place NEEDS Updating- carpet on terrace torn and frazzled. rug in kitchen area worn. 3) Premises Very small-barely enough room to get out of bed without hitting your legs. 4) Small kitchen table wobbles. Again entire premises needs updating.

The condo was very clean and appeared exactly as shown in photos. Great view of the ocean. High end finishes. Comfy bed. It is quite tight in places, mainly around the bed but manageable. Loved the location!
