Ocean/Marsh View-2 bedroom/2 bath condo! Less than 10 min to beach and 3 pools!

This condo is located on the second floor and is conveniently located near the elevator and laundry room. The private balcony gives you an amazing view of the ocean, marshes, and the lagoon.

We provide you with the beach chairs and a beach buggy to haul everything to the beach.

The den is equipped with Cable TV and a DVD player. There is free secure WIFI in the villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, both types of coffee makers, blender, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and all other supplies you would need.

The master bedroom has cable tv and a queen size bed. There is also a private bath with tub/shower.

The guest bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. There is another twin bed as well. There is a tv with DVD. Another full bath with a walk-in shower is just outside the door.

The best part is the amenities! We have 6 tennis courts, 2 of which are lined for pickleball. We have 2 outside pools and one heated indoor pool. We have an arcade room, steam room, sauna, hot tub, and workout room. We have a private boardwalk over the marsh to get to the beach. At the beach you will find Coco's where you can enjoy a meal or a great drink. During the season we have a shuttle that goes back and forth to the beach on a posted schedule.

We also have "The Beach Bear" located near the outdoor pool at building 1. This is a convenient place to have a meal or a drink. They also have a wide variety of items that you may have forgotten to bring or a souvenir to take back home.

This is a non-smoking villa. We do not allow pets.
