  • 2390 Lighthouse Tennis sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla aivan satamakaupungin ulkopuolella, kätkeytyneenä Sea Pines -keskuksen viereen. Pääsy kauppoihin, ravintoloihin ja venesatamaan on aivan oven takana. Tästä ensimmäisen kerroksen päätyyksiköstä on upeat näkymät laguunille ja se on pois uima-altaan alueelta hiljaiseksi hengähdystaukoksi ja paeta. Paljon päivityksiä koko kiinteistössä, uudet lattiat, päivitetty keittiö ja kylpyhuone.

    Kun syötät huvilaan, sinua tervehtii avoin olohuone, joka johtaa ulos parvekkeelle. Sohva taittuu ylimääräisiä nukkumisjärjestelyjä varten korkeintaan 4 hengen majoitukseen. Juuri oleskelutilasta on ruokailutila. Keittiön keittiössä on päivitetyt työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja etukuormain pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Keittiö on varustettu erittäin hyvin ja siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset loman aikana.

    Kylpyhuoneessa on päivityksiä, kuten kaakeloitu suihkukaappi ja uusi turhamaisuus ja lattia. Upea ei kuvaa sitä riittävän hyvin. Makuuhuoneessa on runsaasti tilaa ja king-size-vuode.

A taste of Sea Pines

We were looking for a place to relax and unwind on Hilton Head Island. We were not disappointed. The condo was spacious and comfortable, well stocked with everything that we needed, and with easy access to the Island’s restaurants and beaches. It was a delight to sit out on the porch and listen to the fountain in the evening. We had a wonderful stay!

The rugs were either sliding as you walked on them or the corners were rolling up.

Easy bike ride to the beach, walking distance to Harbour Town, and right next to many shops & restaurants. The patio was heavenly sitting right on a beautiful lagoon & under the canopy of a huge, live oak. The villa was very clean & comfortable. It was perfectly outfitted. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven!

However, we noticed this time the unit was in need of some TLC. Nothing major just a little TLC. Vent in bathroom was hanging down. Some of the area rugs are rolling up on corners which has a potential of causing an accident. Pool although not the sole responsibility of owners, I believe they should be made aware that it needs cleaning. The tile is heavily stained and shouldn’t be the issue this soon in the season.

Relaxing Beach Escape

It's equipped with everything you might need and well-maintained.There were no maintenance issues or problems during my stay. The property managers checked in upon my arrival and over the course of my stay to ensure all was well. Customer service was excellent every step of the way from the initial reservation through the day of check out. Some favorite daily activities from this location: (1) Sunrise morning walks on the beach with my dog. Drove to Sea Pines beach club and easily found parking each day. Not guaranteed, but experienced that parking was available for non-residents before 8:30 a.m. (2) Bike rides everywhere! The paved leisure trail is adjacent to the parking lot. Easy ride to the beach, to grocery stores, as well exploring Sea Pines neighborhoods and Forest preserve. You can ride paved trails outside the Sea Pines gates to explore more of HHI. (3) Walking to the restaurants and shops at both Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town. Sea Pines Center has a nice bookstore and a little free library near by the bookstore. (4) Community pool: There were plenty of lounges, tables, and chairs. Great place to read a book, chat with other guests, and enjoy the pool's refreshing water. (5) Observing the variety of wildlife in the lagoon area: deer browsing the vegetation, an alligator and turtles swimming in the lagoon, small birds alighting in the tree near the deck and larger birds gracing the water's edges. Saw all this from the villa's deck and through the windows overlooking the lagoon. This was one of the most relaxing vacations ever mainly due to this villa's amenities and location. Appreciate that this unit was pet-friendly. My dog gives this rental a 4 out of 4 paws up. We would stay here again on another trip to HHI.

Fantastic

We have never been to Hilton Head Island before and it did not disappoint! This villa at Sea Pines was perfect. The King bed was super comfy. We had everything we needed there. We road our bikes to the beach and to Harbour Town. Great Place, Great Villa and Great Vacation!!

Good place if you don’t play tennis.

Pretty nice. A little disappointed not getting to play on tennis courts when we wanted to account Harbor Town tennis academy had two practices a day which we had to relinquish play because of verbal agreement that was not mentioned when we booked this condo.

Beautiful large 1 bedroom condo, with amazing closet and storage. Close to Harbour Town with tennis courts right next door. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing.

Also very happy with the cleanliness of the villa and the grounds. Three issues to point out:1. The closet door at the entrance to the condo was only half operational. The right hand hi-fold door was in disrepair and was inoperable. 2. The outside deck on the unit was rendered useless after each rain shower. The debris from the deck above came thru that deck’s floorboards and covered the table, chairs and floor of our deck with wet tree debris. I got tired of continually sweeping and cleaning off the deck furniture. Being one who enjoys sitting outside in the evening, this was an unacceptable condition. I did notice that most other units had a gutter system that would alleviate this problem. 3. The restrooms at the pool had no working lights in them. Several other tenants claimed they reported this issue but it was never fixed.

Great place, we enjoyed our time! Close to Harbour Town to watch the sunsets and a bike ride to Lands End and South Beach!
