2 bedroom, 1 bath condo on 3rd floor w/ shaded patio overlooking pool. Full kitchen with the Piggly Wiggly kitty-corner for all your grocery needs. Park the car-no need to drive! Coligny beach is a quick block away with a path to the beach! Fun times at LowCountry Celebration Park, Adventure Park and the Sandbox are a wagon ride for little ones. Live music, shopping & restaurants within walking distance from this location. 3 TVs, cable, high speed internet & an area with grills for guest to BBQ.
The space
You can relax on the patio overlooking the pool or inside with central air-conditioning. There is a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a new king size bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool while sleeping. Cable TV is in the living room and bedrooms. The living room also has a pull out sofa for more sleeping.

We have recently purchased new mattresses and have included a desk for being able to work remotely while you are enjoying Hilton Head. There is a space in each bedroom that can be used as an "office".

The condo is close to everything you will need dining, live music, ice cream, bike rentals and of course Coligny Beach! Adventure Park, Lowcountry Celebration Park and The Sandbox are a block away.
Guest access
The entire condo is yours to enjoy. There is also a closet outside that includes beach asssessories like a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and some beach toys.

Includes free parking for 2 vehicles with parking passes inside the unit.

This condo is on the 3rd floor and the shaded patio overlooks the pool.
