The Space:
This 3 bedroom 2 bath villa with bonus room offers all of the comforts of home on one level, with no stairs in the villa itself. The main living area features a large sectional sofa, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and access to the private balcony with outdoor seating. The dining area has a table and chairs to accommodate six. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare quick bites or a gourmet meal. With a built-in oven, cook top, Bosch dishwasher, microwave and french door refrigerator, meals will be a snap. It also has all the extras including a blender, auto drip coffee maker and toaster.

The main bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen tv, ceiling fan and attached ensuite. The ensuite features a walk-in shower and double sink vanity. Guest bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed, flat screen tv, ceiling fan and guest bathroom just outside the door. Guest bedroom 3 features 2 twin beds, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and is also located next to the guest bathroom. Guest bedroom 4 is on the other side of the living area and features a queen sized bed, flat screen tv and access to the private balcony with outside seating. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is located in the hall between bedrooms 2 and 3.

Complimentary high speed internet, basic cable and flat screen TVs throughout the villa allow everyone to watch and stream their favorite shows.
The private balcony off the living area provide a great place to unwind and enjoy an afternoon beverage or morning cup of coffee.
We provide four beach chairs, a beach cart and eight beach towels free of charge. We can also deliver a pack n play or high chair on request if you have a little one in your party.
