Located on the 2nd floor of Building #3, this spacious and thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bath condo is the perfect place for families, couples, and beach-loving adventurers to settle in, slow down, and soak up the magic of island life.

Step inside and feel instantly at ease in a bright and welcoming space designed for comfort and connection. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, plenty of cookware, and everything needed to create delicious vacation meals — whether you’re preparing a pancake breakfast before the beach or a seafood feast after sunset. A Keurig coffee maker is also ready and waiting to help start your mornings with the perfect cup of coffee and a little extra vacation bliss. The open-concept layout flows effortlessly into the cozy living room, creating the perfect gathering space for movie nights, board games, or simply lounging together after a day spent in the sun. Sink into the comfortable sofa, turn on the Smart TV, and let the easy rhythm of island living take over.

The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed that feels like a cloud after long beach days, creating a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights and lazy mornings. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom is a dream setup for kids and extra guests alike, featuring both a full-size bed and cheerful bunk beds perfect for sleepovers, giggles, and sandy little toes. Both bathrooms are designed with convenience and comfort in mind, making it easy for everyone to refresh and recharge before another adventure around beautiful Hilton Head Island.

To make your stay even more carefree, this condo includes private WiFi along with thoughtful starter essentials such as dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and fresh bath towels — all the little touches that help your vacation begin the moment you arrive. Beach essentials like beach chairs, tent, beach wagon, etc are provided in case you forget to bring some of your own.

Beyond the condo itself, Hilton Head Resort is brimming with resort-style amenities designed for endless fun and relaxation. Take your pick from sparkling pools, including the outdoor heated pool at Building #1 or the indoor recreation center in Building #3 featuring a heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, indoor walking track, fitness center, sauna, steam room, and even a small arcade for a little nostalgic fun. Grab a bite at the on-site deli, sip tropical cocktails at the poolside tiki bar, or unwind at the oceanfront cabana after a day in the sun.

For active guests, the resort offers six lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a badminton court, and an oceanfront volleyball court perfect for sunset games by the sea. There’s also a grilling area for evening cookouts beneath the palms. From April through September, a convenient golf cart shuttle whisks guests to the beach — though many visitors prefer the scenic 10-minute stroll along the boardwalk, where marsh views and local marine life make the journey part of the adventure itself. During the warmer months, The Breeze trolley stops right at the resort every 30 minutes, making island exploring even easier. Service typically runs from March through Labor Day, operating from 1PM–10PM during the week and until 11PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Please note: Hilton Head Resort maintains a strict NO PETS policy, though registered service animals are welcome. This is also a NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING condo. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Please let us know in advance how many car passes you’ll need (maximum of 2).
