Conveniently located within a short walk to the beach, this ground-floor, water-view condo studio offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation! This home away from home is in the gated community of Sea Pines, which overlooks Braddock's Cove - you are a short walk from the world-famous Salty Dog Café to enjoy a delicious meal with a view. South Beach Marina is a short walk away, while Harbour Town is four miles away, featuring extraordinary selections of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. You might as well take advantage of the Sea Pines Trolley, readily available to transport you between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Upon entering Bluff Villa 1799, you will discover an air-conditioned open floor plan with a Murphy bed that folds into the wall. The living area enjoys a smart TV with streaming services. Through the sliding doors, enjoy the private patio area, with a patio table and chairs, water views, and a gas grill. The well-appointed kitchen has all the major appliances needed to prepare delicious homemade meals. The bathroom boasts pristine renovations from 2023. In addition, you will find a stacked washer/dryer.

When you book this charming studio condo, you are granted access to the South Beach Racquet Club's tennis and pickleball courts (racquetball access is available for an additional fee).

Things to Know
You can access the Harbour Town pool for an additional fee of $25/day or $85/week for 5 people (paid directly to an attendant at the pool). Fees may apply for additional people. The pool is open from May 1st to October 1st.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
