Tämä kauniisti päivitetty osakehuoneisto on täydellinen kaikin tavoin! Fantastiset parketit koristavat oleskelu-, ruokailu- ja keittiötiloja. Keittiö on päivitetty graniittisineillä, laattojen backsplashilla, mukautetuilla kalusteilla ja kaikilla ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla. Tietysti se varustetaan myös kaikilla kodin tarpeilla. Keittiöbaarissa, jossa on kolme istuinta, on pieni ruokasali, jossa on neljä istuinta. Ruokailutila on tilava ja siitä on merinäköala, ja siihen mahtuu kuusi. Olohuone on sisustettu nykyaikaisella rantateemalla, mukavilla ja esteettisesti miellyttävillä huonekaluilla, taulutelevisiolla ja liukusäätimellä suurelle parvekkeelle. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Master-kylpyhuone koostuu graniitti kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, upotettu puutarha amme ja erillinen suihkukaappi. Ensimmäisessä vierashuoneessa on myös king-vuode, taulutelevisio, liukusäädin omalle parvekkeelle ja oma kylpyhuone. Tässä ensimmäisessä vieraskylpyhuoneessa on myös graniitti kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, tällä kertaa suihku ja amme-yhdistelmällä. Toisessa vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa vieraskylpyhuoneessa on graniitti turhamaisuus ja suihkukaappi. Windsor Place on merenrantakompleksi Palmetto Dunesissa, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle. Se tarjoaa suuren monimutkaisen uima-altaan, porealtaan, lasten uima-altaan, aurinkokannen ja grillipaikan. Rantatie johtaa uima-altaan kannelta dyynien yli rantaan. Vieraat ovat lähellä kaikkea mitä Palmetto Dunes tarjoaa tarjoten golfia, tennistä ja mailia pyöräteitä.

Disappointing

Reviewer Comments: It’s a wonderful view from 2417 Windsor II but the condo was not as well maintained as others we rented over the years from this building and others near by. Especially concerning was the small bedroom. It was occupied by an adult during our stay. The room had a very old and very small tv. I called Palmetto Dunes and asked if it could be replaced. The person at the front desk was very polite and said our request would be forwarded and we would receive a call back with the results. We never got a return call. The garbage disposal had to be replaced during our stay. The repair people from Palmetto Dunes were prompt and polite. Compared to the other condos we have rented in the same and nearby buildings, 2417 was our least favorite.

There have been some updates since last year and it's a very comfortable condo and includes everything you need for a wonderful stay, including beach chairs/toys, games, books, and a well-stocked kitchen. During our stay the outdoor grills were taken out, which we were not notified about and was an inconvenience because we used them often. Changes to the property need to be communicated to the guests. Other than that, as long as the condo and property continue to be updated as needed, this is a wonderful place to stay.

The staff is super helpful at all times. We look forward to staying here again next year.

The unit has beautiful views of the ocean from multiple rooms and access to the beach is easy. We loved having access to the grills and hot tub on the complex grounds. The unit was spacious and allowed us to work, relax and have fun. The unit was nicely decorated and had all of the amenities of home. The only improvements we would recommend is installing a screen door on the second bedroom slider and replace the living room couches. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to stay there again.

Our accommodations were clean & welcoming. The grounds to our complex were clean & well kept. Night life on HHI is pretty scarce, even the ice cream parlors close before 10. The beach is spectacular, plenty of pickle ball, tennis, bike riding & of course golf.
