The Beach Vibes 2.5 bedroom condo welcomes you with a newly renovated, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, leading into a cozy, welcoming living space with a smart TV and plenty of seating and convenient half bath on this level. With a private front patio with BBQ grill and keyless entry, your vacation starts when you walk in the door. The outdoor patio in the back has comfortable seating and a shade umbrella to continue your vacation outside! The outdoor pool is only steps away when you want to take a dive into even more fun. Just a short walk from the beach and only a couple miles from the Hilton Head Airport, and a short walk or bike ride to shops, restaurants, and attractions, you will feel close to everything in this home-away-from-home.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a full, newly renovated bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with desk area and smart TV. The secondary bedroom has four twin sized beds (two bunk beds) with dresser for easy unpacking. Washer and dryer are available and free to use in-unit. Towels, linens, and soaps are all provided for your convenience. Air conditioning, free wifi and board games help make this the perfect vacation destination for you.

Popular activities near Beach Vibes Condo include Folly Field Beach Park, biking trails, tennis, pickleball, golf and mini-golf. We provide beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for guest use!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry

Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am

Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old

- Pets are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs. Your dog must be crate trained and we ask that you please pick up after your dog. No cats please! Adjustable doggy dish and dog bed provided!

- 2 Ring cameras at the front and back for security purposes.

- NO smoking or vaping.

There is one designated parking spot for one vehicle. There is additional guest parking on a first come, first serve basis. No street parking allowed.

- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
