  • Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylpyhuvila sijaitsee aivan Robert Trent Jonesin ajomatkan ja klubitalon vieressä ja on myös vain muutaman askeleen uima-altaalle! Sisään tultuaan sinut toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi kauniit puulattiat koko huvilassa. Keittiössä on graniittitasot ja se on hyvin varusteltu vastaamaan perheesi tai ryhmäsi ruoanvalmistustarpeita. Siellä on baaripaikkoja neljälle ja ruokailutilassa kuusi. Olohuone on päivitetty taulutelevisiolla ja seinästä seinään sisustamalla, joka saa sinut tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi rannalla. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, taulutelevisio, oma patio ja oma kylpyhuone Master-kylpyhuoneella. Master-kylpyhuoneessa on graniitti turhamaisuus ja kaakeloitu suihkukaappi. Vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Vieraskylpyhuoneessa on graniitti turhamaisuus ja kaakeloitu kylpyamme ja suihku-yhdistelmä. Master- ja Vierashuoneissa on molemmissa säädettävät sängyt kaukosäätimen kautta. On myös ylimääräinen kuningatar ilmatyyny, joka sijaitsee myös salin kaapissa! Yksityisen terassisi ulkopuolella sinulla on kuusi paikkaa ulkona olevassa ruokapöydässä, propaanigrilli ja joitain parhaimmista näkymistä Robert Trent Jonesin golfkentälle. Voit kävellä helposti RTJ: n golfkentälle, Big Jim's -ravintolaan, General Store -kauppaan, tärkeimpiin tenniskeskukseen tai Alexanderin ravintolaan. Reviewer Comments: The 2BR Queens Grant villas are good for groups of guys needing their own bedrooms and bathrooms. However, make sure you don’t get a villa abutting the golf course as they start cutting the grass at 5 AM which woke me up every morning.The three golf courses have decent layouts but the fairways on the Fazio course were in poor condition compared with the other courses. Also, the Fazio course has no driving range making warm up impractical before the round.Breakfast at the courses was so limited I would avoid going there again. However, just outside the resort there are good alternative for breakfast.

The unit is spacious and has been modernized throughout. The kitchen is especially spacious and filled with all the appliances that you need. The location of the villa is useful to those that want to play pickleball or use the driving range. Both are within a 5 minute stroll, along with the general store, two restaurants, and the bike/kayak rental store.

Very disappointing feature of the property mgmt

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location of the rental was great. We were able to walk and bike to the beach and other parts of HHI. The unit itself was ok. The kitchen was as pictured, appliances in working order plus it was relatively clean. Our issues were with the furniture which were white and stained, therefore we put blankets down to sit in the evening. The bed was not good. Mattress was not good nor were the quality of the sheets. We understand that this is a rental but the sheets were so thin. In general, the unit could use a good cleaning...the floors should be washed. We really liked the location and would probably pick a different unit to rent next time.

Excellant location and updated beautiful condo

We own several rental properties and have not been able to find a property that holds a candle to ours until this one. Very well updated, decorated and comfortable. Only suggestion we would offer is t ok supply more wash cloths, towels. Also would have been nice to have had wine glasses. We would definitely rent again. Stay was wonderful!
