Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen suositussa Hilton Head Resort -hotellissa on ihanteellinen rantavuokrauspaikka. Hilton Head Resort # 1412 on hiljattain päivitetty, ja se tuntuu mukavalta ja raikkaalta. Siinä on uudet Master-vuodevaatteet ja patja. Olohuoneessa on 32-tuumainen teräväpiirto-taulutelevisio ja istumapaikat kuudelle. Täysikokoisessa sohvassa on queen-size-patja lisävuodemahdollisuuksia varten. Olohuoneen vieressä on ulkoterassi, jossa voit rentoutua pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla, jolta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät merelle ja Palmetto-dyynille.

Perfect

This property was everything and had everything we needed. Description and pictures are spot on, just wish we had planned more days. The walk to the beach is not bad at all unless to carry alot to the beach. They do have a golf cart shuttle which makes getting to the beach much easier, but you need to use some patience because you will have to wait up to 10 minutes for the shuttle. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife at the lagoons below the balcony. Communication with the owner was top notch as well. If the opportunity arises for another trip to HHI we will book this property again. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We were there with are 2 daughters and grandson. We made many memories on the beach. The owners of our condo were great. Very pleased repeat customers!

This was our 5th summer visiting Hilton Head Island and our 3rd stay in this same condo! We have been so pleased with this condo! It is so comfortable, and the owners really go above and beyond to make it special for their guests! They have a great selection of games, movies, & books to choose from! The condo itself has an amazing view of the lagoons, salt Marsh, ocean and golf course! You can look out at any time of day and see some sort of wildlife to enjoy! This condo, being in building 1, is super convenient to the resort pool. This condo is also very convenient to the elevator, stairs, laundry facilities, as well as to the boardwalk to the beach! One of our favorite parts of staying at Hilton Head Resort is the beautiful walk over the Salt Marsh, on the boardwalk to the beach! You never know what you will see! We will definitely be returning! ♥️

Great stay for our family!

This was a great trip for our family of four! The views were beautiful and it was a great location on the island. The walk wasn’t bad to the ocean but seemed pretty far walking back when we were all exhausted. The resort was beautiful and we felt very safe. Loved that the door had a keypad so we didn’t have to keep up with anything extra. Lots of little things included in the room like books, games, and DVDs which was awesome! I was sad the kids bedroom door did not close all the way but overall I’d definitely book again!

Beautiful view & condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our mother-daughter weekend getaway at this condo! The condo was cozy, clean, comfortable, and has a gorgeous balcony view. We enjoyed a wonderful day on the beach, a day of shopping, and loved the condo so much that we ordered pizza and enjoyed a relaxing night in one evening. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning soon. Kim was quick to reply and communicate with us before and during our stay. 5 stars!

Great Condo!!

Great place for our family of five. The resort has plenty of stuff for the kids to do, even when it rained. Condo comes with essential items in the kitchen and also had useful beach and pool equipment.

Happy repeat customers!

This was our 4th year coming to Hilton Head Resort and our 2nd time staying in villa #1412. We have been so pleased with Hilton Head resort! There are so many amenities and we just love the walk to the beach across the salt marsh! There's so much nature to enjoy! Condo #1412 has been our favorite that we've stayed at. Our only "complaints" would be that the fan in the second bedroom was making a noise, and the closet doors were a little hard to open and close, but the owner told me those things are next on their list to update! Other than that, we were SO comfortable and we absolutely love the view from the balcony as well as the decor & furniture. The owners are super nice and even left a wonderful bottle of La Marca Prosecco and a note for us! That was such a thoughtful gesture! We are definitely planning to return and hope to rent this condo again!

Restful and relaxing

Though the weather was chilly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It was super clean with comfy beds and lots of attention to detail with plenty of board games, DVDs, and beach paraphernalia (even a wagon cart) The resort's indoor pool and hot tub were perfect when it was too chilly to walk to the beach. We left feeling rested and relaxed.

Great condo with nice view.

We had a great time on Hilton Head Island. The condo was perfect for us. Everything in the condo was clean and smelled fresh. The beach was nice and a good place to go for long walks. Lots of birds to be seen. The boardwalk was a treat to walk and see the changes in the tides. We had a full moon so the tide was super high. Large alligator in pond by condo was neat to see. We went to a few wildlife reserves and saw many different birds and lots of alligators. Kim the owner was always very prompt repling to anything text. Thanks for the great holiday.

Amazing resort for all ages!!

The condo was so pretty and stocked with everything. The views from the balcony was gorgeous. The resort had everything. It was especially nice having the golf cart shuttle to the beach with my 80 year old mother. It’s an amazing place for all ages!

the property and the condo were a little tired, but the location was wonderful.

We loved the island and hiking, biking, golfing and shopping were great. The condo itself was a little tired and not clean. Kitchen and bathrooms had seen some updates but the rest was a little dated. The bed was awful - they need a new mattress. Have put some type of mattress cover over and it does not fit well and makes the sheets slide every time you move. The bottom line - mattress needs replaced as well as the bedding. Pillows and comforter don’t smell nice. Overall we had a great time there - the boardwalk is a spectacular place for birdwatching and a great way to get in a good morning walk to the beach. The location is nice but the property seems to need some updates as well as the condo. Will definitely return to the island but will probably stay somewhere else.

Comfortable Rental Surrounded by Natural Beauty.

It was a comfortable, beautiful and engaging stay in this condo. The balcony is perfect for birdwatching. Hawks and osprey flew by often providing eye level observation. Egrets, heron and many other shorebirds are present daily so make sure to bring your binoculars. It's a nice walk across the boardwalk too. The marsh is gorgeous and full of life. There is a shuttle that runs at particular times, but we preferred the slower journey. The beach is gorgeous and not terribly crowded. Our family also enjoyed swimming, fishing and cast netting during the beautiful summer days. The condo is well equipped. The kitchen has most everything you would need to prepare any meal. The decor is lovely and snug. There were a couple of items that I thought would make our month here more comfortable. When I asked, they were promptly delivered by the property manager, who was very responsive and kind. The water pressure is a bit low, but we were, in the end, very satisfied with our time here. The reason that I am giving this unit a four star rating, instead of a five, is because the resort is in need of updates. Much of what I would point out is aesthetic, but there are some structural issues too. Also, the resort manager and certain staff members at the facility were not professional. Interacting with them, even in passing, was unpleasant, and on more than one occasion, they entered the condo without announcing themselves. They did this, for example, when they needed to do work on the balcony or were checking the door for security reasons. This was very disconcerting. In general, there appears to be more emphasis placed on security and staffing than upkeep and infrastructure. Overall, I would recommend this condo to other guests. It was a delight to spend August here. The condo is beautiful and charming. The property manager, Steve, is very helpful. And, the natural beauty all around is astounding. Hopefully, the resort will work on some of these concerns. If so, this rental will be truly wonderful.

With each day, the rental got better and better and it started off well. Great location!

The condo was very clean-well stocked kitchen- nice bathrooms-beautiful view- quiet- close to shopping- beautiful beach- nice shuttle service across boardwalk to beach-easy check-in and out. We even got to check in early! The ONLY two things I would change would be a more comfortable bed in master or a king AND additional comfortable lounging seating in the den. (Club chair or small love seat....you could hang TV on wall and add more seating. ) For a family of 4-we couldn't comfortably watch movies or lounge together in a single room due to the seating of just one couch and a small chair. A love seat would be perfect. Other than those two things....it was just right! I would book again-as it was a great value for the money. Thanks for letting us check in early!

Quiet Nice Condo

Perfect getaway right on the water! Best building on the property

We spent a week with my mom and 7 year old here and we loved it. Steve was fantastic to work with and very responsive. The condo comes with many extras like board games and beach chairs! The walk over the bridge to the beach is smooth and easy. And the best part is, the condo has store, diner, and ice cream shop right at the pool!
