”overall a good place to stay. The neighbour is very quiet, some restaurants close quite early, but there are several convenient stores around. it's only a 5 minute walk to metro station making this a very convenient location. communication was excellent. I had zero problems checking in and out. The place could be vacuumed more thoroughly though, I feel like it was a little dusty. bathroom has a tub!!! ”

”Like the size of the room with comfortable tatami like floor, huge bath tub, strong water strength and posh looking toilet . Basin area is huge and nice too . 1 star for a staff who shower impatience when I enquired about the washer use with credit card. His attitude only changed when he realized his understanding was not correct. This could be improved for better customer experience. ”

”Everything was great! Close to the train station! Great staff! Only thing is we had to open and close the window at night since the temperature was either too hot or too cold. A lot of people complain about the A/C and I agree. Although it is central A/C, there should be a thermostat inside each room to control the room itself. I kept waking up either sweaty or freezing. Other than that, everything was great. Oh a the room was small but we Americans like big rooms so don’t be surprised it’s not...

”Great location and the service was very friendly, helping with bag transfer. One thing to note is that there is no lift to get to the building so less abled people will struggle. ”

”The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. ”

”空間寬敞，有洗衣機亦有烘乾功能不需要帶太多衣服。廚具非常新，有一個冰箱一個冷凍冰箱，分開的空間非常充足，最喜歡他寬大的餐桌。 唯一缺點是隔音不是很好，可以聽到地鐵通過的聲音，還有路上的車聲。樓下是餐廳所以走道上味道不是很好。位置在二樓沒有電梯需要自己扛行李上樓”
