”Bed comfortable, had our own little deck out the back of our room with a view of Seneca Lake. The room was cozy and good communication with the owner on day of our arrival. Highly recommend this facility. ”

”The location was perfect for us. We were in town for the Ironman competition in Geneva and we were able to spend time in both Geneva and Watkins Glen. The house was immaculate and the owner was proactive making sure that we had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!”

”Such a great place to stay! Cute, cozy, CLEAN! Easy check in and check out. Great location! We had 6 adults which was perfect! Plenty of room. Hot tub was hot upon arrival. The hot tub is professionally cleaned every Friday and their maintenance guy was very nice and helpful! Home is very well stocked with kitchen utensils,pots,bowls, cups, and pans. We really enjoyed ourselves. We would most definitely go back! ”

”The house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group of twelve- 5 teens and 7 adults. We used the pool table, air hockey game, home theater, and hot tub every day once we were done playing in the water. We also enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit. We took trips to Penn Yan, Geneva, and Watkins Glen during our stay as they are only 20-35 minute drive from the house. The grill came in handy too!”

”A fun relaxing weekend spot in the finger lakes. The house was clean and well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. The screened in patio was a great morning coffee spot to watch wildlife. A great place to relax and recharge.”

”We stayed in a very comfortable clean apartment in Himrod NY. Our accommodations were spacious. We did not take advantage of the beautiful well appointed kitchen, it was very nice. It was very quiet with very little traffic. We were close to a number of wineries and restaurants. It was very enjoyable.”
