We expected a swimming pool and was a factor when choosing the hotel, when making reservation I verified that the site had a pool and it was open.”

The breakfast area was consistently messy, with many items either unavailable or not replenished. ”The room was clean. There was no staff. We were greeted by a kiosk, foreigner that I couldn’t understand. The parking was good. The air-conditioning was poor because there were people smoking outside and the smoke was coming into the room so it smelled terrible of cigarettes. The property was filthy dirty. The inside of the whole carpeting were dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The only thing that was clean there was my room, but the bathtub was questionable.”
