”A very last minute booking. Room was comfortable and clean. Only not getting full marks because - the shower wasn’t draining and the water pressure and heat in the bathroom sink was way too high. It splashed everywhere and the water was too hot too quickly. Mentioned to staff on checkout.”

”I've stayed at the property several times whilst attending a work training event. On a number of occasions I have been allocated a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the rest of my colleagues. When I queried this at check in, I was advised there were no other rooms available. What I also find disappointing is that one of my colleagues consistently appears to receive room upgrades, yet whenever I have politely asked, I am told that nothing is available. ”I booked a single room with twin bed but upgraded to a double bed and got a better room. The room itself was quite dark, except for first thing in the morning when the sun lit up the room and the bathroom, which was nice. The bedroom had only one central light (quite dark) and one bedside light, with no lighting over by the desk where the kettle/tea/coffee were, which was a little awkward.
