”Friendly, attentive and helpful staff in all areas - restaurant, bar, reception and cleaning. Superior room was large, well furnished and clean - bed was quite firm. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of options and personal requests catered for. Evening menu with good selection of food of a high standard at reasonable price. Car parking is very tight and often limited when busy, but there is other parking within a few mnutes walk of the hotel. Overall a great place that would return to...

”Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room...

”The apt was below standards and photos are misleading. 1. There are several broken windows in the living room and bedroom with outside air seeping in. 2. Only 2 heaters work in the unit. 3. The hot water is extremely inconsistent and even after careful use we had several ice cold showers. 4. The entrance is in a dark unsanitary alleyway where a restaurant keeps their trash bins. 5. The bed linens had stuff on them. 6. The surrounding area has several bars and the sounds get really really loud...

”A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us! If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! ”
