”Very disappointed. It was a very strange layout and they were screaming kids everywhere and no relaxation at the pool. A room had a terrible view and so we switched and requested mountain and it was the same view of a rock wall and a parking lot only it was one floor higher.”

”We recently stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday. The check-in was efficient but not very friendly. The biggest issue was the bed... I do not think it had been updated since the property was built (20+ years). The mattress had no form and was lumpy and squeaked. It was so bad we decided to leave in the middle of night and drive home because neither of us could go to sleep.”
