”Very convenient location in Longmont. We stayed for a couple nights and the breakfast was a good one… All the standard stuff, including the small waffles.
Very attentive staff! We had trouble with the window coverings in our room, and they made sure and take care of it immediately.
The room was wonderfully clean. The carpet really needed updating, which is why it didn’t get five stars in every category.”

”I had to troubleshoot and fix the TV problem in my room because there was only one employee working at the desk overnight. This is no reflection of the employee, it is poor staffing.
AC was so loud I had to turn up TV (after I fixed it) so I could hear it, but then it was too loud when it shut off.
No breakfast offered.”

”The heater/air conditioner sounded like I was in a machine shop. I could hardly hear myself think when they were on. Only one small mirror in the entire unit. My internet reception was very spotty. You advertise breakfast starting at 6. I assumed it was a free buffet like every other hotel I’ve been in for the last 30 years…it wasn’t I requested a room on the 1st or 2nd floor. I was told they were all booked. I ended up on the 3rd floor. The reason I requested 1st or 2nd was because I have...

”Parking was an issue, not enough parking for the guests. Could alternate selections for breakfast. Seemed to be the same each day. Elevators seemed to ride a little rough and could use air fresheners. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant.”
