”The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming upon check in. However, the room was damp, dirty, smelly. The blankets had holes in them. The bathroom door handle was falling off. The breakfast was very basic which is fine, but there was no milk for the cereal, I had to search the hotel for someone that works the breakfast area. Turned out to be a young girl sitting in the lobby on her phone. She told me they were out of milk but did run across the street to get some. After finally...

”Could not reach the front desk the night before to ask a question. The shuttle service was not notified so the day person contacted them and we made the flight in plenty of time. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was nice. Room was clean. We did not have a car to park but looked like there were plenty of spaces. Ordered food as there was nothing walkable ”

”The property itself was a wonderful redo of an old building. The architecture with exposed brick and concrete beams added to the uniqueness of the property. The entire staff was amazing, helpful and always cheerful. We took advantage of their wonderful shuttle service to go to every event we were attending. I would highly recommend staying here!”

”The stay was unpleasant. The initial reception who checked us in was pretty short with us. We waited for 2hours to check in the room and we had had a long drive from out of town. No apologies no acknowledgment, all she said was your room is not ready and you picked a very specific room. we arrived around 3.20 pm and we didn’t get checked in until after 5 pm. ”Rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was one of the best I have had for a free continental at a hotel. Having chicken strips, seasoned potato wedges, and chorizo patties were things I hadn't seen before and they were good! The pool inside is very small, so I wish there was an outdoor option as well but would be difficult at this property. Great location.”

”I stay at this hotel every year for the Berkshire meeting. It's clean, predictable and the staff has always been great. Breakfast is not included so beware of that detail. There is a great breakfast place caddy-corner to the hotel called Lula-B's which has great options and prices. The downstairs restaurant in the hotel (Spencers) is fantastic. The gym is pretty good as far as hotel gyms go.”
