”Front desk lady was awesome. Wished we could have used hot tub longer”

”The staff is friendly and it's a good location off I-80 and near restuarants. Breakfast is okay but other hotels have been better. It's overly dog friendly (do-do on the floor). TV didn't work so staff moved us to another room.”

”This is definitely a budget hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the manager/owner very friendly and the air conditioning was reliable and very helpful for hot summer days. Breakfast available every morning and laundry on site made it very easy to travel with a family. However, it is quite an old property, old carpets, etc. and the swimming pool area is very old and outdated.”

”The photos do not match the status of the room. When we walked in, the room had mold on the ceiling in different areas, our bathroom or bedroom door would not close and we tried to throw our body into it to get it to shut, the walls and doors were banged in We were there less than 5 minutes & decided to check out & leave because we did not feel safe and the conditions were not good. The hotel staff is refusing to communicate with Expedia about the refund process”

”Many things in room were broke or not functioning especially in the bathroom. Almost no staff in the hotel including no one at the front desk to relay problems”

”Clean”

”Comfortable beds and AC works great. Not ce chair and table with two chairs. Close to Henry Doorly Zoo and Laurentzen Gardens and Mid America Center and Lake Manawa.”

”“Breakfast” was basically non-existent. Not much to offer but a bowl of cold cereal. Top door hinge on our room was not mortised into the door and the top of door hit into the door jam. Had to slam the door to get it to close, and pull hard to open it. Surface of tub was peeling off (about 1/2 of the surface in to floor of the tub was impacted), tub faucet dripped constantly, curtains were missing hooks on the curtain rod and hung all crooked. Mattresses were too firm.”

”Stay away”

”The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.”

”Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!”

”The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. None of the supposedly four carts were observed at the entrance or on the...

”The gym is nothing more than a few cardio machines, the breakfast was okay”

”The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day.”

”No breakfast and hallways a bit smelly.”

”Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross.”

”It is an older property, but clean and friendly staff. We had no issues for our stay.”

”The staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast was well stocked and the location was convenient to drive to the Omaha attractions.”

”Exceeded expectations. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Don’t expect the Four Seasons, but it was just fine to stay at for the CWS.”

”This location was not well-maintained. While there was nothing necessarily wrong with the accommodations, the rooms lacked a polished feel. The paint was peeling from the walls, paint was chipping in the shower on the tub and during a storm there were leaks throughout the building.”
