”Could not reach the front desk the night before to ask a question. The shuttle service was not notified so the day person contacted them and we made the flight in plenty of time. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was nice. Room was clean. We did not have a car to park but looked like there were plenty of spaces. Ordered food as there was nothing walkable ”

”The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming upon check in. However, the room was damp, dirty, smelly. The blankets had holes in them. The bathroom door handle was falling off. The breakfast was very basic which is fine, but there was no milk for the cereal, I had to search the hotel for someone that works the breakfast area. Turned out to be a young girl sitting in the lobby on her phone. She told me they were out of milk but did run across the street to get some. After finally...

”Great hotel. Restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff extremely nice and friendly checking in. Rooms were nice and there is a variety of food for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.”

”Very suprised Casino was attached no going outside to get to it. Staff was very friendly it was a girls trip cuz was my birthday they left me a card while we were out that was really nice. We especially liked the noon check out time too. Room was great cleam and roomy for 3 women with all their things. Parking was the only issue people parked in fire lanes and places not marked for parking making getting through to find a spot hazardous n possible accident happening. ”

”Loved this hotel for the amenities, size of the rooms, which included a sizeable sofa, under the bed lighting, & more. The location was also great. Close to downtown & in an area with walkable restaurants.”

”Staff was great and hotel was wonderful. Beds were not that comfortable and that was it. Could not park our pick up in parking garage, cause it would not fit.”
