”The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The pastry which was dry, cold and had tiny bits of sausage was terrible. Paying $350-400 per night we expected better. But the biggest irritation was seeing a $2800 charge on my credit card. The room was $1388 for 4 night. It took 3 people at the hotel to get an explanation. The explanation made no sense. It was to insure that extras would be paid!!!! We travel 100 days a year for many years. This was not only a first but nobody had a good...

”I called the hotel months in advance and multiple times to inquire about early check in, because I was traveling for a bachelorette and we needed to surprise the bride with a decorated room. I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting...

”Housekeeping staff had an issues with “feather free room”. Bed had to be changed after checking in due to fowl feather pillows (I have a pretty severe allergy). Staff again brought feathers with new linens, but the front desk staff was extremely responsive and took care of the situation immediately. Front desk was excellent…every shift. Our final day: power outage!! (Several blocks lost power, including the nearby hospital). Guests were being entitled and arguing, but mgmt and front desk staff...

”They could not find my reservation because of the apostrophe in my name, they did not have a room for me, 35 minutes of standing in lobby while staff went behind closed doors to “figure it out”, they “upgraded” me to a room with no coffee pot, a fed full size refrigerator and a closet right next to bed with some kind of very loud generator in it”
