”Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Good shower. Across from Kaufman (Royals) and Arrowhead if that's your thing. TV really didn't do anything. Turned on but no content. Wifi code I was given was incorrect. I didn't address these issues with the staff. Was really just there to sleep. Overall good value. ”

With that being said, I had reserved the patio for our ceremony in advance and I was told they could accommodate. With that being said, I got there and Anita was the only bright spot on our special day. She was the front desk representative and made sure that we were taken care of best of her ability. The other staff members were not so helpful and for some reason weren’t aware of my reservation...

”I can’t believe I paid that much for a room for a hotel that was nowhere near the quality of a nice hotel and the rating it had received. I was unable to drive home because of the severe storms and had to stop somewhere . I had stayed in the area before, and hoped this would be a decent place to stay. The front desk staff was very efficient and very kind. My room smelled, the toilet was very very dirty, and the floor was dirty. I was placed right next to the elevator with a lot of loud people...

”When we got to our room, we noticed that most of the outlets on the walls did not work. We had to switch the plugs for two of the lamps so they would actually turn on. The only outlets in the bedroom we found that worked were the outlets in the bedside lamps. BOTH bedside and desk phones did not work. Bedside phone rang, beeped a few times and disconnected. The desk phone in the living space didnt work. We later found out that the neither of them were connected to the right port. The fire...

”Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,...

”Why do hotels always say to leave towels on the floor if you want them replaced when they don't perform housekeeping until you check out?”

”You don't want this nightmare. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and mean. The rest of the staff is no better either unfortunately. You will be thrown out for asking about or for anything if the manger or staff doesn't like you. I overheard the staff talking about horrible about the guests while waiting for the elevator. Was told to leave for asking for corporate phone number and then was humiliated while the staff and manager stood by making rude comments towards me and my family....

”My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things ”

”The rooms were very clean & nice. We had a problem with the toilet. It would not flush so we had to use lobby bathroom. The staff was very nice.”

”AC worked very well, room was small but enough space to work with for a few days. Shower was nice and hot, room service came by a couple times to replace towels and trash. I’d book again. ”
