”Clean room and fun stay, some staff was great, others where just okay. Overall a good experience”

”This was such a wonderful little place hidden right in the middle of a neighborhood! It’s exceptionally clean and quiet. Christopher was so friendly and pleasant and shared the history of the home with us. And the breakfast was incredible! Fresh, homemade and delicious. We would stay here again in a minute! ”

”The room was what i expected for the price i paid. One of the beds was uneven. The bathroom sink drained really slow. The breakfast was limited. It was ok if you just needed a place to crash for the night like I did.”

”What a nightmare!!! If it wasn't late, my husband and I would go to another hotel. We we walked in the lobby so of speak, the staff was caged behind a bullet proof like room. He rolled a draw out to take my ID and credit card. He said a $50 deposit is required in case we damage the room. What a joke. There is nothing possible that we will take or damage in the room. There was a small fee associated with that $50 deposit. When we walked to our room, there were people sitting outside of the room...

”Roaches in room.no amenities Drink machine in lobby broken.pool closed.they tell you on phone that pool is being remodeled wrong just covered.staff rude.you have to ask staff for replacement of breakfast items at 7am when breakfast starts at 6am.”

”Top cover of the blanket of the bed was stain. Bathroom tub was really run-down. Bathroom door won't close. Stains on the ceiling tiles. Hallways were being renovated. And someone was working on a vehicle outside the room window for more than 4hrs in the middle of the night.”

”The hotel stunk or marijuana and cigarettes, The bathroom of my room ha actual black mold on the ceiling tiles, the bathroom towels smelt of mold and mildew. The walk down the hallway was very sketchy. The keys to my room randomly quit working and I had to go get new cards. I could add more but you get the point. Would never stay at this hotel. Spend the extra money and go to an actual nice hotel and enjoy your stay! 0/10. Would never recommend”

”Front desk staff unable to help with online bookings, and questions or offer advice. Online bookings don’t allow for modification or a way to speak to a live agent, virtual assistant is no good when your only option is clicking the buttons listed. Asked the housekeeping staff for toilet paper as I was out, they told me no, sorry. Had to go get it from the front desk, who had no problem giving me 3 rolls.”

”When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. ”Hotel was okay. Lobby is nice. Room was spacious, but floors felt dirty and there wasn’t hot water, only warm water. Waiting at least 5 minutes for the water in the sink to warm up enough for me to wash my face and the water in the shower never got hot, just warm. Breakfast on weekend doesn’t start until 7:00.”

”This property desperately needs an update. Worn furniture, missing baseboards, bed slopes downhill. Worst part was the sticky kitchen floor. Bedroom a/c would not shut off. We love Residence Inn. Albuquerque Airport location was 10/10”
