”We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The host were very responsive, even suggesting places of interest. If you enjoy antiquing, the house is centrally located with lots of antiques stores within an hour and half drive in all directions. ”

” It was a very quiet and peaceful area. Our kids loved having a campfire by the water and seeing the baby geese walking around the property. Emma was a great host. ”

”The cottage is very cute, cozy and clean.While it is located in a very idyllic setting, it is a little removed from amenities like stores and restaurants.That being said, we still enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Our dog definitely loved it, too!”

”Very clean, comfortable, quiet - host very communicative. This was exactly what we needed to serve as a landing spot for our weekend visiting Virginia Tech. Truly appreciated all of the little extras - water bottles and fresh eggs in the fridge, USB ports in the outlets, plenty of towels, fresh baked sweet bread treat and a nice note from the owners. Will absolutely look here next time we are coming down to Blacksburg! ”

”Amazing little location! There is a house located right across from this specific yurt but they had a privacy fence up and we didn’t have issues. The host provided very specific driving instructions which’s were very helpful in locating the property. ”

”Great little place we'll out off the way for a quiet long weekend. 35 minutes to either Hillsville or Mount Airey. The pups loved the long walks around the neighborhood and to the creek on the back end of the property. The deer are not intimidated and bountiful. Be vigilant. We go to Hillsville every year. We will definitely stay here again.”
